I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Brandon M. did an excellent job for our yearly service on the tankless water heater. He was on time, went through the home to check all that's connected and working, to then clean the system. His personality is great as he looks like he enjoys what he does which is a rarity!I notate every year to have this service done now given the location of the system and have always ask for him.

The basin of our sink was separating from our counter, and we were unsure of who to call. We became aware of 1-800-Plumber+Air through Yelp. I received a call-back immediately on Wednesday, and Dalton and Charlie were able to fix the sink on Thursday. Dalton and Charlie were friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. They explained what was wrong with the previous sealant, and was able to get the supplies and the right glue. We were very impressed with Raleigh Heating & Air: responsiveness, courteousness, professionalism, very efficient work and knowledge. Our AC stopped working in a very hot Saturday night. We called to many AC company for emergent services. Raleigh Heating & Air was the first company calling back. The front desk staff was very nice and patient. The onsite diagnosis trip was scheduled immediately. The technician team arrived on time in Sunday morning and the issue was completely checked and suggestion of replacing the damaged unit was give in details. Code Oliver came the afternoon and explained the replacement very clearly, answered questions professionally and gave the proposal. The new unit was ordered quickly. The installation team came on time two days latter and the new unit was installed, tested in few hours. We have comfortable environment again. The technicians explained the use of new thermostat, installed CO detectors to meet new codes, repaired broken PVC pipes and cleaned the working site completely. The dude with the jetter does a solid job

I have used Sonny's for our back flow inspection for the past two years. Just the other day I contacted them for a leak in at one of our rental properties. I told the lady/dispatcher that I needed someone ASAP. She kind of laughed but then the next day I got a call from Dave and he had it fixed within 30 minutes. HIGHLY recommend them!!
