Best A/C System Vent Cleaning in Raleigh NC

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

As always, I was very pleased with the service from Airmakers. Anthony Rogers always does a thorough job and really takes his time making sure all is working properly.

I called Service Experts to come out and troubleshoot a temperature problem in a downstairs bedroom. The bedroom temp would be 5 or more degrees cooler than the rest of the house. Two techs came out and said my blower motor was bad and I needed to at the least replace both the blower motor and control board. The preferred solution was for me to buy a $18,000 new heat pump. I questioned their solution so I had 2 other HVAC contractors come out and take a look. They both agreed that the dampers just needed to be adjusted. Once the adjustment was made the temp difference has balanced out. Stay away!

Jake did a phenomenal job of quickly diagnosing a recent problem with our heating system. He carefully explained the problem and probable cause, and offered a quick solution. Beyond that he performed a check on the other system to see if a similar problem could occur.Well done Jake and Thank You!

The whole team at Michael and Son's has been great. From the 2 gentlemen that helped install our new ductwork and HVAC unit to the finance leaders to the admins that helped schedule our appointments. One in particular stood out, Mike Glavin. His professionalism, knowledge of water heaters, wells, plumbing and water filtration was extremely helpful in our decision making. Curtis Snipes is a terrific technician for both AC and furnace service. Last summer he really saved us when he came to replace a pump on our ac when we were at the beach and we had a house-sitter. Our sitter had a tight schedule but Curtis was really flexible and found a time when both could meet up and get it done before we returned. And now today, a summer later, he saved us from record high temperatures and no AC again by slotting us in as soon as he had a cancellation a full 6 hours earlier than we expected anyone to be available, and then by quickly and expertly diagnosing our problem as two blown 25 amp fuses and one bad capacitor in our 1987 Trane. It was fixed and cooling in less than half and hour after he arrived. He always calls before coming and is so polite. Best of all, he really knows his stuff and has the right parts stocked in his truck. And if you do diy like I do and want to really know what is wrong with anything hvac that isn't working,, he is willing to show you and explain just what he is doing Thank you Curtis!

Technician Chris was finally able to solve a problem that I've been having off and on with my furnace for nearly 3 years! Just when I was about to give up and buy an entirely new HVAC system, he saved the day by knowing exactly what he was doing and said he had seen that identical issue on the same model of furnace a few weeks prior. He was honest with me and said I didn't need a new system, just a very specific circuit board (so he saved me at least $5,000). Sure enough, they were able to get the part he needed within 24 hours, and it was installed the same day it arrived, and I haven't had a single issue since. What a relief to finally have reliable heat after 5 different companies all failing. I will never use anyone else for furnace repair (should I ever need it again)! And when the time inevitably does come to get a new furnace, there is no doubt who I will be calling to install it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Walston Plumbing was very responsive and did a great job when I needed my water heater replaced. I called them back when I needed a new toilet installed and the service was excellent! I would definitely recommend Walston Plumbing!

Bell Cow was wonderful in repairing our broken heat. They came on time and called before hand, which was nice in that it gave me time to get home from work and not take off the whole day. Everyone with whom we dealt was wonderful-great customer service! I highly recommend!

I have 2 units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, and the 3 guys, Gio, Daniel, and Fabio, arrived on time and replaced everything quickly and cleanly. The price I got from Rural beat the competitors price by about $1K. I've used Rural for a number of years for service and they've been a good service company. The last tech, Ken, did a great job and was very professional. Didn't realize ants could short your AC unit, but he showed me otherwise.

Thorough and affordable!

Called numerous HVAC companies and dryer vent cleaners to learn few are interested in long term fix for old sagging (full of pet hair and lint) run of dryer vent through our crawl space.
Mandolin stepped up. After providing a reasonable quote, they quickly replaced it with heavy gauge, straight vents.
AND they investigated and replaced the unseen disconnected sections in the wall. Our dryer works 2x as fast now and the repair saved our walls and crawl space from more damaging humidity. Great Service!

We can't say enough great things about Sonny's! Jason fixed our water heater super quick and explained everything very thoroughly to us. He was extremely professional and friendly. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and truly cares about your comfort!
