A B Plumber? I wouldn’t even score them that high. DON’T BOTHER CALLING THEM, they won’t show up. No call. No email. They don’t respect your time - that I had to take off work and plan my day around this. Terrible customer service, completely unprofessional.

Ivan and Chris were great. They were courteous and professional. The ceramic tile was particularly difficult for them to drill through, and the previous installation of the over-the-range microwave was botched. Regardless, they got the job done relatively quickly, it was done well, and they cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to test the microwave with me, remove all the stickers, and set the clock. I was very impressed and appreciative.

the technician arrived 6 pm way after time window of 11-3pm on dec 9.i missed my medical appointment and i was charged cancellation fee by medical provider . owner has not replied and has not reimbursed me that fee

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

Prompt response to my initial inquiry. Asked thoughtful questions to ensure that I had correctly identified my issue and then provided multiple openings for me to choose from according to what worked with my schedule. Wayne was who did the work, and he was polite, efficient and performed quality work. Would 100% recommend!

Can't recommend Legacy enough - we had a pipe burst in our crawlspace and found out about it first thing in the morning. Called them and Liz provided great customer service...even though their schedule was booked for the day, she was able to shuffle around and fit us in. Within a few hours, our pipe was fixed and water was back on, all at a very reasonable price.

I'll definitely be coming back to Legacy for our future plumbing needs.

These guys are great. Had a main water line break that Mike and Leroy repaired quickly. They know their stuff and were easy to get along with. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used a few plumbers in the past and Cary Plumbing will be the only one I use going forward. They have excellent customer service and do the job right the first time. They installed my tankless water heater along with replacing a few facets that were dripping and installation was on time and service was great and have never had any issue. If you need the job done right the first time call Cary Plumbing would highly recommend!

Very professional, good with advice to save you money. They were out of town when I called them for an emergency repair (ruptured main line pipe under the house), and told me it would be two days before they could come out. Since we are hurricane prepared for two weeks, I told them that was fine. They called the next day and said they finished that job and were 30 minutes out, and asked if they could come by for the repair. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Great value for the money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!
