Salesman came out and sold me a new AC unit (3 ton). After installation started having issues with the unit. Unit turned out to be faulty and they agreed to put in a new unit and that the wrong unit had been put in. Should have been a 2.5 ton unit. PEOPLE BIGGER IS NOT BETTER IN AN AC UNIT. You need the correct size or you will have issues. Now that they have uninstalled the 3 ton unit and replaced it with the correct 2.5 ton unit, I asked what that difference in price was and when I could get that refund. THEY SAID THE DIFFERENCE WAS $200 AND SOMETHING DOLLARS! NO WAY! NEVER DURING THE INITIAL SALES PROCESS WAS THE DIFFERENCE BTWN THE 2.5 AND 3 TON UNIT WAS ONLY THAT AMOUNT. AND TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK HAS BEEN NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE. THEY HAVE SHUFFLED ME AROUND AND NO ONE CALLS ME BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL! I WILL UPDATE!

Sediment in flush valve in toilet caused loud banging sound.during tank refill. Removed flush valve cap, turned water back on to blow sediment out of the valve. Problem solved
