I had work done by another plumber that made a complete mess of everything. RTP plumbing came recommended after the fact and repaired all the problems the last plumber left. Wes was on time and in constant communication with me throughout the process. His responsiveness was impressive and his knowledge and quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend RTP plumbing for all plumbing needs. I will definitely use them should the need arise in the future.

We had a backed up drain line outside of the home, and one of the Fasco plumbing technicians came out, cleaned and flushed the line in less than 45min!! I also appreciate how he wore his Covid-19 PPP and wore boot covers in the house... sometimes it’s just the little things!!

Today is New Year’s Day! We have company in town. One of our toilets stopped flushing. I contacted Jason based on reviews; as I have a longtime plumber who is scheduled for tomorrow—I needed a plumber today! Jason came out. He was very professional and efficient from the start. Great rates! Will contact him again!

Not a lot of reviews on these guys but don't let that dissuade you, they are new to the area I believe they said less than 3 or 4 months. I chose them because all of their reviews were recent and great and mine is no exception. Chris and Joe were professional, friendly, reliable, and quick to please. Came out same day I called. Fair price and was able to explain what was going on to me. Will use again for my next plumbing need, thanks fellas!

I called Golden Rule to replace my toilet and when they got into the job, there were other issues with the flooring needed to support the new toilet. The guys worked quickly and effectively fixed the support under the house to install the new toilet. I was extremely pleased with the way they came up with the solution and properly fixed the problem and installed the new toilet. And the price was reasonable! Midtown plumbing is not the typical plumber. I've dealt with a lot of typical plumbers being a general contractor that are never on time or try to rip off customers who aren't knowledgable about remodeling and construction. Midtown plumbing is honest, knowledgable and efficient. It is very refreshing to see someone in the industry as professional as Michael. I highly recommend him for any type of plumbing project big or small.

We had a problem with our water heater in the apartment, and initially I called a different company - which was my mistake. Not only did they give me an estimate for more than $700 to just change one part, they also couldn't find this part for a few days! Thank God, I contacted Eugene at The Art of Plumbing! He was super friendly, calm, professional and knew exactly what to do. He found the part at the online suppliers' in seconds, called the manufacturer to make sure all the technical characteristics would match and came over to fix our mixing valve very soon. It took him less than an hour, which obviously ended up costing me a few times cheaper than the other company had quoted! Also, Eugene offered a few other options for a solution, which I found very interesting! He said we could do different things with the faucets, in order to avoid ordering and changing the mixing valve itself if we wanted to cut the costs even more - there were ways to adjust every faucet separately and regulate different temperatures in the kitchen sink, bathroom, shower, etc. He suggested that this technique was often preferred and used by commercial properties where they need to reach different water temperatures and different outlets - this means Eugene is an expert in both residential AND commercial plumbing! Great attitude, great sense of humor, great quality of work and great prices! Highly recommended!!! Thanks again Eugene!
