My two stop plumbing ordeal was repaired without a hitch! Keith and his brother did the initial work; while I awaited parts from the manufacturer, and Keith and his son (Cameron) finished the job. Keith was communicative, punctual, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Pricing was fair, and the job was done superbly. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again, for a job well done.

My unlucky night (a stopped up toilet overflow AND water heater leaking) turned into my lucky day when Jason responded to my frantic phone call. He showed up when he said he would and was very professional from the get go. He explained what he could do and what the outcomes might be for my old plumbing system. The City of Raleigh requires each homeowner to get the backflow preventer on their sprinkler system certified once a year, so I needed a licensed cross connection inspector. A neighbor recommended Edwin from PK Plumbing, who is licensed by the city. Edwin was easy to schedule, arrived at the appointed time, took care of the inspection, and submitted the certification to the city. He was very friendly and explained it all. I would definitely call them when I need this done again or for any other plumbing needs.

All were very professional tech explained the service they were about to preform. Techs also explained in normal terms about our system and if we had to replace it what was involved money etc. I like the plan i signed up for with easy monthly payments. thanks so much for all you have done and I would recommend your service to others... We recently had an issue with an object falling into the toilet as it was flushing, and we knew immediately that this was not a plunge situation – we needed expert assistance. Carolina Plumbing and Backflow came same day, was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We hope to not be in the same situation again but if we are, we will be calling them first! Highly recommend their services!

Rakeem was wonderful. Came out on a Saturday night at 6:30 and got our water restored by 8. Nice guy, explained everything (even let me watch 😂 and ask questions). Next time someone asks if we know a guy, this is our guy.

These guys do a terrible job. They don’t do the job they are paid for. They’ve been out several times charging my poor mother repeatedly for a job they haven’t completed. Be wary of a company trying to take advantage of an elderly widow.
