We bought a faucet and the installation has been through progressive, and no one has been responsive to our calls. This is extremely unprofessional, and I would never recommend them. Again, we are constantly calling on the weekdays and all they ever say is everyone from the installation dept has left or they won't pick up the call.

I needed a plumber after water leaked (flowed heavily) from a pipe behind a wall in my master bedroom. Lane Plumbing was the fourth company that I contacted to get estimates. After speaking with Jimmy for a minute, I knew that his company would get my business. His interchange with me was caring, professional, and respectful. His technicians arrived a couple of hours later. They, too, were professional and efficient. The men diagnosed and repaired the problem within two hours. Last, but not least, I felt the price was very reasonable.
Jerry was the lead technician. I did not get the name of the person working with him; but, that person was excellent as well.

I plan to use them for my future plumbing needs.

I am giving this one star review because I believe this company is ripping my apartment complex off and my family is suffering because of it. My AC has been on and off working all summer and apparently it is something that the regular maintenance staff can not fix so they have to call Mandolin to service my unit. They have been to my apartment three times or four times at this point I'm losing count. Each time 1 to 2 guys come in look at the unit inside then just walk out or say they are going to look at the outside unit. Hours go by and no one comes back and I'm still sitting here with no fix, no answers as to what's wrong with it, and no reasons why the team up and leaves with no word or no return time. To me that's is very unprofessional and I know for a fact they would not do this to a home owner. So if y'all could kindly get back to Triangle Place Apartments and come fix my unit that would be great and I would gladly turn this one star into a 5 thank you.

Wonderful company, came fast when our well went out. Made the repairs in a very timely manner. Easy to work with, fair prices and stuck to the quote they gave us.

Omar is reliable and trustworthy! I hired him many times. He covered almost all plumbing problems in my house .

1. Honest: I've hired big companies several times, but the sewer pipe still couldn't drain. But as soon as Omar came, it was done once and right. He told me that a knife must be added to the front of the tool so that the blockage can be shredded and removed. Omar did it and honest.

2. Fees are fair: Omar charged me for only what I need and wasn't deliberately exaggerate problems and charge more.

3. The technology is good: Omar installed a new floor plate and toilet beautifully. Every detail is in place. Omar would rather be perfect than just perfunctory in a hurry or eager to pursue the next customers.

4. Took away my stress: Every time my kitchen or toilet was blocked, I felt so nervous. Many companies were not that they couldn't come, but have to wait a day or more, or they will overcharge. No matter how busy Omar is, even on holidays, Omar always find ways to help me. OMAR has a kind heart, not just to make money. His wife is also very supportive of him.

5. Very friendly: Omar likes to chat with customers and share happy stories. You can feel his passion for his work. Instead of working just to make money. You will love his service! Five stars!

His prices are very competitive to other plumbing companies therefore I decided to go through with his offer.
