After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!

Called on a Wednesday , had the issue resolved the very next morning. Very responsive and professional. I will call on them again if needed.

I had a call out to three different plumbers all top rated on yelp and google over a plumbing issue I was having. The issue in question was black tar/mascara like rubber coming out of my hot water faucets. When I googled the problem a whole laundry list of issues came up for possibilities. Two plumbers I called wanted a $99 diagnostic fee per hour and then the cost to fix whatever they recommended. KW Boykin didn’t charge this fee and they were available the next day. From the moment they arrived they were courteous and professional. The issue was discovered to immediately be my expansion tank. They said the bladder inside of it had exploded. But more than just telling me what was wrong and charging me, they took the tank off and showed me the problem. The plumber tapped the tank on the ground outside and the tar like substance was flaking out all over. I was happy that what seemed like a complex issue was resolved so quickly and affordably. I also asked them to flush my hot water heater for me since the price was so good on the other service and they didn’t charge me at all to do the flush and fill. Between time and money saved and the professionalism this is hands down the company I will use from now on in the Garner area. They even sent me information on the remaining warranty for my full size water heater tank. Thank you Kieth and KW plumbing!

We had a great experience with Sweetwater Plumbing. Mario diagnosed the problem and replaced our main gate valve, pressure reducer valve and fixed a leaking tub faucet. I will not hesitate to call Sweetwater Plumbing again in the future or recommend them to friends.

Bell Cow was contracted to install a Lennox Mini-split heat pump with 2 indoor mounted evaporator units in my home in the summer of 2017. Within months of the initial installation we had to call them back because there was a leak in the refrigerant lines, the units were running almost constantly and not cooling. Over the next 2 years, Bell Cow technicians and managers made about 10 trips to our home to continue trying to fix the heat pump. Major problems included condensate water flooding into our house, running down the walls and damaging paint, and wood flooring. The most frequent reason for call backs were leaks in the refrigerant and no cooling. Refrigerant was added, but leaks were not stopped and only temporarily restored cooling. Our electrical bills were higher than ever as the unit was often running without sufficient refrigerant. Both of the indoor evaporator units were replaced during this time.
From 2017 to 2019, the Raleigh office had at least 4 changes in managers, so we often would get a visit from a new manager who would listen, apologize for all the problems and promise to fix it. One of the numerous Bell Cow managers that toured my house during this period commented to me upon examining the work in my house that the evaporator failures and replacements were likely due to poor installation.
In the summer of 2019, I contacted Bell Cow again because the unit was failing to cool and was still dripping condensate water down the inside wall of my house. After several visits to assess the damage to my home and the failure of the system, the most recent Bell Cow manager authorized work to repair drywall, repaint water damaged walls, refinish torch burn marks on wood trim, repair my water damaged floor, patch a whole in my foundation, and repair my basement ceiling. They replaced one of the indoor evaporator units again (the 3rd replacement) and re-plumbed the condensate drain line in an attempt to stop the flooding. This work was completed in October 2019.
I was hopeful that they were taking all necessary steps to ensure that we would have no more problems, but this summer, as we started using air conditioning, we are having water problems again. One of the indoor evaporator units is failing to drain properly and is dripping water on our wood floor again. So, after 3 years of experience with Bell Cow, and repeated failures by this company to provide us with a working heat pump, I would not recommend to anyone that they use their services or purchase HVAC equipment from them. I am contacting Bell Cow again and will report back on any response that I get.

I would recommend this company because they provide excellent service and quality of work which were all completed in a timely manner. We had a lot of plumbing issues that were not caught on inspection and Mr. Sammy did a walk through of the property and he was able to identify several cracked pipes and issues not to code. He responds to emergencies and took care of our issues with care and friendliness. The amount of plumbing fixes on our house showcases the company’s breadth of plumbing services so I would not hesitate to call them again.
