I cannot say enough great things about Matthew’s Plumbing Solutions! Water main busted and yard was flooded, and after wasting time with Roto-Rooter and a couple other local guys I was lucky enough to heed the other amazing reviews about the good people at Matthew’s plumbing.

My mom has cancer and is elderly and I’m taking care of her so her needs are beyond normal and these guys (and lady) worked it out well enough (without the high pressure sales tactics & taking advantage of my situation like other companies tried to with their astronomical interest rates on financing) that I was up and running with water again before Florence was scheduled to get bad!

Their positive attitudes and excellent quote for the work was topped off with the best service I’ve ever had dealing with any type of contractor in my life, so trust me- call them and see for yourself and thank everyone for reviewing a hard working and honest, good people that understand your situation and do the opposite of typical contractors and not only do they not leave you hanging, there’s no pressure or fast talk to try to scheme you out of your hard earned money.

I will only call them in the future because I don’t have time and money to waste, and to me attitude is everything in life. Thanks to them for being so awesome- I saved hundreds of $ and their confidence in what they said was reassuring because what they said made sense- unlike the other plumbers that wanted to find ways to jack the price up and/or pressure me into their financing right then and there.

In addition, they followed through with extra effort to make sure my mom would have water before the hurricane hit and it made me even tear up that people in this world can actually care so much about a customer they don’t even know- and that made such a difference to my family I wanted to write a thorough review (and a warning about trusting those other so-called “pros” who only value your money and yet somehow can’t find the most efficient or economical way to solve your problem).

I’d give them 10 stars if I could and have already suggested them to many people with confidence!

Mr. Lane was very responsive, professional and good conversationalist - we texted pictures back and forth before the plumber could arrive and he helped me shut off the water at the front of my house to prevent further damage. 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend - Claude Pope

We reached out to them to have a water shut-off valve replaced alongwith a few other things.They were pleasant & professional and were able to schedule us couple of days from the day we called. Danny completed the work we discussed and even fixed a leaking flush tank, all in the estimated time he gave me at the start. He was quick & cleaned up after himself. Excellent work. The payment process was quick, however an online payment system or may be a point of sale thingy the plumber could use on their phone would be a great addition, as it would nake the payment process much more easier.

Sampson Benjamin is EXCELLENT. He's fast, smart, he explains things as he goes. he gives a quote after diagnosing but before proceeding with the work. He fixes things the first time. I have been working with this company since 2015. They replaced both of my AC units and one of my furnaces. The staff is exceptionally professional and polite. They will explain as much as they possibly can to customers so that we can make informed decisions and make daily choices about how best to optimally care for an HVAC unit. I recently had them come unclog a line for my upstairs AC unit. They did a great job but I had some concerns about if it was possible water was still leaking and they came and double checked it. The staff was exceptionally polite and stated that it was very understandable because water damage can destroy a ceiling. While they had successfully stopped the line leak the second time they came out we uncovered where the water initially pooled on the drywall and got some fans running on it. This company is thorough and I believe they train their staff well and treat them with respect. I truly believe this company values both their customers AND their employees so I can't recommend them enough.

This is the 2nd time I have done business with NCWaterHeaters and both times Cindy returned my calls promptly and the persons they sent to conduct the work were courteous & professional and the prices were reasonable for the services I had done. I will be calling you guys again !!

One of your employees drove through my neighborhood going 25 miles an hour over speed limit endangering pedestrians lives in a company vehicle. If your employees give this little concern for the communities they work in, I can only imagine how poor of a job they do serving these communities.

Eric was very professional and able to detect an issue another plumber had left
Me with and made the repair . He explained things well and cleaned up behind his work. I would call him back in an instant and won’t plan to use anyone else ever again.

Omar did a great job with fixing the heating in my bathroom! He fixed it around January and there’s been no problems at all!

I worked for this company they scam all their customers into believing there are worse problems then there really are ... they are trained from day one how to scam save your money and go with someone else .... if I could give negative stars I would
