Best Water Line Repair in Raleigh NC

Very impressed with the courtesy and service of receptionist and HVAC specialist. I appreciate the professionalism and honesty of the HVAC specialist. He was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately and was very thorough in his explanation. From now on I would not call anyone else for HVAC related issues. I had received a quote for $1300 by another company and the problem was solved for $245 and very quickly. I can’t speak highly enough about this company. Thanks a lot!

I used CPB to install a sink in our butler pantry, install a shower fixture in our master and flush our hot water system and each time, they got the job done well! No issues since installation of the sink or shower fixture. Sammy (the operator) was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I would recommend and use again.

Rakeem has helped me with multiple plumbing issues over the years, and has always been wonderful! Most recently, he saved the day when my hot water heater (which also heats the house) went out in the middle of the winter. He replaced it very quickly and for a really great price. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday morning when our shower wouldn’t turn off. We had to turn off the main valve, leaving us without use of any water. This was inconvenient and bad timing on the weekend. We called ARC as new clients. Rich (owner) not only answered the phone but sent a plumber within minutes. Noah was very knowledgeable and accessed the problem quickly, went to Home Depot to pick up the part needed, changed it out and wallah- fixed our shower! Calling ARC for our plumbing needs was the best decision- professional, available and knowledgeable. We highly recommend ARC and will use them for our plumbing, HVAC, electrical problems in the future- they do it all!

I had a capacitor go out in my outside unit. I knew it was a capacitor but was tied up with work and didn't have time to fix it myself so I called these guys. I called and they showed up the next day within the time-frame, however, it seems they price gouge. I was charged a service fee of $90.00 and hen $204.40 for the capacitor. He also put 2 pounds of R-22 in for $225. I was expecting the capacitor to maybe be $75 max (since you can get capacitors all day at home depot for $10 to $20).

I would call someone else and wouldn't recommend this company unless you like paying $$$.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

We had had multiple plumbing issues simultaneously.😩 Alberto and Trevor arrived and put in work! They replaced a faulty tub faucet which had been worked on prior to us moving into the house, and it was horrific to maneuver. They also replaced a toilet that had been malfunctioning for a couple of months. Finally, they replaced a pedestal sink with a vanity sink in our half bath. Their work was amazing and, from what I had researched, cost-effective. Both gentlemen were cordial, accommodating, and productive. Executive Plumbing was phenomenal and we would hire them again!!!

Cubs Plumbing is very knowledgeable, professional and showed up to do the work at the exact time they said they would. Sewer line was causing constant problems and they fixed the issue just like they said they would. Sewer line hasn't had a issue since the repair and I would definitely use them again!

Mr Rooter was third plumber who looked at problem and only one with a solution that did not require tearing up concrete.

Eric is the best! He did a wonderful job putting in a tankless water heater for us. He was on-time and on-budget which are rare in this space! He is professional, kind, and skilled. If you need a plumber, this is a company you need to know and keep in your contact list on your phone! Look no further!

Unbelievable but True ~
After a week without water & $240.lost from taking off work, $76.put into Eddie’s the owners van for gas, $158. In parts they said I needed to do the job. ( another plumber said what? Why did they make you buy this?) I also paid their prior debt in full at the hardware store. $58. Eddie took $40 for gas day one, day two 7:30 AM he calls me demanding to be picked up said he slept in the woods and needed a ride to his home. Came out of the woods with a 12 pack of beer. He said his house he lived in has no power & he needed money to get that straight. $60 dollars day two, They insisted on fixing my toilet that had no problems till they fixed it. Then it would not hold water in the tank when they were done. Day 3 still waiting for the circus plumbers to fix a leak in my main water line which they said they would do no problem. Another $40. And nothing done. They tore up my yard never found the leak. Ate dinner 3 nights broke my toilet. Finally I had enough ~ one was sitting on my motorcycle the other was Grinding up the ground & my main water line. I said you can’t do that. Why are you digging with the Trencher over my water line?

Eddie left said he quit that he didn’t like the way I talked to him. Maybe he liked it when Joe later talked to him ~ Telling him to NEVER come on our property again. To date Eddie Owes us every dollar spent for a Job Never Completed. He broke our toilet we had to purchase another toilet. Eddie did nothing absolutely nothing to fix the problem yet damaged my property.
Be careful if you use this company, they are genuine con artist. I have demanded my money back & had no reply. In addition they took parts that I had purchased from the hardware store. A totally horrific experience! Worst nightmare ever!!

Update 11/7/19 ** Eddie wanted to take the water line Over my Septic Tank main drain line where the line came out from under my house ( the shortest distance) I told him he could NOT use his Trencher and place the Water line there. The Main Electric Line is also buried in this area. He got mad. He also got mad when I asked him Why he was taking his trencher grinding up my main water line. When he decided to leave he did yet he Left me without water on a Friday at 3 PM. He was told NEVER to come on my property again. I own the Motorcycle his worker was sitting on. It is Registered in My Name Only & I NEVER gave permission for either to sit on MY motorcycle. If you’re at my house to fix a plumbing issue you have no entitlement to my personal property!
To date this company has not refunded my money.

Jeremy F. did a fantastic job installing my garbage disposal. He was polite and friendly and he finished the job in about 1 hour. He made sure to test it several times before leaving, and he showed me a couple of quick fixes. I would recommend both him and Progressive Service Company to anyone in the Triangle Area who needs a good plumber, HVAC technician, or electrician. I will definitely use him in the future.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
