Best Toilet Repair in Raleigh NC

I received quotes from 3 different plumbers for a broken hot water knob. The first plumber quoted me a crazy price and unnecessary work. The second plumber took 2 days to come by and 2 more days to call me back with a pretty high quote. KW Boykin came out the day after I called them and fixed my problem right away. They were very friendly and showed me exactly what was broken. They already had the necessary equipment to fix it and gave me an awesome price. So greatful to them for being honest and fair! It's really hard to come by these days. I will definitely be using them from now on!

My experience with Raleigh Heating and Air has been great! From calling and making the appointments, to the services provided by the technicians. I have used other air conditioning companies in the past and have not been very happy. It's hard to find someone you can trust and feel they are being honest with you. My technician, Kevin Rabon has been extremely wonderful. He has serviced my heat on one occasion and my air on another and he explained every thing he was doing on each of those occasions. I can tell he is very passionate and loves what he does for a living. I appreciate his help and expertise and I am also very pleased to have discovered Raleigh Heating And Air after such a long search. It's nice feeling like you've found someone who you can trust!

We recently had an issue with an object falling into the toilet as it was flushing, and we knew immediately that this was not a plunge situation – we needed expert assistance. Carolina Plumbing and Backflow came same day, was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We hope to not be in the same situation again but if we are, we will be calling them first! Highly recommend their services!

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday morning when our shower wouldn’t turn off. We had to turn off the main valve, leaving us without use of any water. This was inconvenient and bad timing on the weekend. We called ARC as new clients. Rich (owner) not only answered the phone but sent a plumber within minutes. Noah was very knowledgeable and accessed the problem quickly, went to Home Depot to pick up the part needed, changed it out and wallah- fixed our shower! Calling ARC for our plumbing needs was the best decision- professional, available and knowledgeable. We highly recommend ARC and will use them for our plumbing, HVAC, electrical problems in the future- they do it all!

Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable of the kind of water heater I needed, and he did all the work in a couple of hours, I was so pleased with his work that I hired him to install a gas line for my gas stove, he arranged for the permit to be processed and for the inspection to be done.

Contracted to replace about 10 feet of PVC pipe after another contractor fell through. Ended up paying over double the original quoted price. I asked for an itemized receipt to understand where the excess cost was coming from, but they could not provide it. I would strongly suggest going somewhere else.

Arbor Plumbing and Backflow has been my only plumbing company I have used since I moved into my home five years ago. I had a broken water heater, and they replaced it and had me up and running in the same day. I will not use another plumbing company in the triangle area, because Arbor has taken such great care of me.

DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE RIPPED OFF!! They claim to understand how water filtration systems work which is why I had them come to my house. They looked at my system and told me it was running fine and then charged me $185. I had to learn the hard way that there was something wrong with my water filtration system when I got a $250 water bill a month later. Asked them for a receipt to show the City and they refused to provide a receipt. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

These guys are great. So friendly and professional. You know you've got a good team when they will make a recommendation on how to fix things...and give equal time with explaining why you don't need the top-of-the-line solution, etc. I always feel like they're taking good care of me. Plus, no emergency or weekend fees? Unheard of. I'll never use another service.
