I had multiple issues with getting a simple dishwasher installed from Lowes. The initial installer damaged the dishwasher and a replacement had to be ordered. It has taken a total of 4 months to get this dishwasher installed with multiple complications and errors on the part of both Progressive and Lowes. If you need to purchase something from Lowes and Progressive is your only choice for installation then I would highly recommend that you demand Marcus Carter as your installer. He was able to come out and correct all of the problems created by the initial installer. He was thorough and extremely helpful. Otherwise avoid Progressive if you can.

I am grateful that I came across Jimmy Lane with Lane Plumbing. I did a DIY project over the weekend that turned out disastrous. When I spoke to Jimmy, somehow he turned my embarrassment into laughter. He sent out Mark and Jerry who fixed my issue promptly and the cost was very reasonable. Received five bids for the project, and this firm came in substantially less. I received a very quick and detailed proposal via email from the support team and once approved received all the information I needed to prepare for the service call. A very good experience. These guys were great. They were out at my house less than 90 minutes after I contacted them. I thought it was an issue with the fill tank, but they quickly diagnosed it was the shut off valve and replaced it. I’d call them again for any plumbing need.
