Keith Boykin and his brother came out right away when we had a leak that was flooding our basement, fixed that rapidly and effectively, then filed an estimate with us regarding another problem we were having, which turned out to be the 40-gallon well pressure holding tank. They fixed that in a timely manner and came in under estimate. They also explained what they were doing in a way this non-professional could understand, both on the job site and in a follow-up call I made to them the day after the job. Couldn't ask for better plumbers. After several misadventures with other plumbers, KW Boykin is who we'll call from now on.

Great service! Couldn't quite figure out why one of my toilets wasn't flushing fully, I gave Sweetwater a call and they were able to put me on their schedule quickly. The fellas who came over were extremely friendly and were able to resolve the issue within 30 mins. I would definitely use their services again in the future!

After having to deal with a different hvac company that kept telling us our heat was working fine * if you consider cold air coming out my vents fine* and giving us the run around we were put in contact with bell cow. They came out and immediately figured out what the problem was. The part was ordered but was defective when time came for install. The techs and customer service reps were very apologetic and worked very hard to get the defective part shipped and installed. They called us the day the new part came in and came out to replace. We are now enjoying our heat and feel very confident that the problem was fixed. The techs are great, they took time to explain everything in a way that made sense. Even showed us the reason why the heat wasnt working. I hope in the future my home warranty company uses bell cow if we need anymore hvac work.

RH&A provide prompt, reliable, and thorough service. The most recent call I've had by them was a twice a year maintenance call that I have purchased from them to ensure that my system is running smoothly. It's a very reasonable cost. RH&A provided me email and text notices a day or 2 prior to the visit and the morning of the visit. The tech called me as he was on the way and he arrived on time. He was extremely courteous and worked as quickly but thoroughly as possible enabling me to get to work in the time I had estimated. His review of the work after completion was thorough and understandable.

Excellent customer service! They were able to help me with some repairs on my renovate older home! They came in, told me what the problems were, quoted me and I was able to get the work completed in no time!

Good service and availability if any plumbing issues come up

I had a capacitor go out in my outside unit. I knew it was a capacitor but was tied up with work and didn't have time to fix it myself so I called these guys. I called and they showed up the next day within the time-frame, however, it seems they price gouge. I was charged a service fee of $90.00 and hen $204.40 for the capacitor. He also put 2 pounds of R-22 in for $225. I was expecting the capacitor to maybe be $75 max (since you can get capacitors all day at home depot for $10 to $20).

I would call someone else and wouldn't recommend this company unless you like paying $$$.

Nakwan provided excellent service and took the time to explain to me an inexpensive fix for next time. That is the mark of professionalism!

Sean and Anthony took great care of what needed to be done. They did a check of the new pressure setting from the main and all the major plumbing fixture hook ups and helped put my mind at ease about what was going on. They helped alleviate a few minor problems and gave me suggestions about how we could be preventive on a few things for the future. The repairs they did do were spot on.

We called Kevin with Cub’s Plumbing because our old tank water heater started leaking and gave out. When Kevin arrived he was courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. Our old water heater could not be repaired. We went over the different options and decided to go with a new tankless water heater. Kevin came back the next day and installed the unit in one day! We had hot water again! We couldn’t be happier with the level of service and attention to detail that Kevin showed. We will definitely call Cub’s Plumbing in the future.
