Best Leak Repair in Raleigh NC

I purchased my first home 3 years ago, it was new construction and Keith installed all the plumbing for the house. He is amazing with costumer service and all you have to do is send him a quick text and he'll be back to you within minutes. He's very professional and will get the job done the same day you call. He let's you know how much the job is going to cost upfront and there are no surprises after the work is done. I'm glad I found a reliable plumber that I can trust. We did not have a great experience with them. Installed plastic plumbing pipes that were missing nail guards which are required per code. The pipes were punctured when baseboards were installed causing a leak after two years. They don't accept their mistake easily. Their work on a sink and a drain pipe also had issues.

Update in response to Sweetwater's response: No nail plate or guard was installed by Sweetwater when the house was built. No plumbing work was done after the house was built so the claim by Sweetwater that someone else removed the plates is ludicrous. This was confirmed by the builder as a mistake of their subcontractor i.e. Sweetwater and therefore, they agreed to repair free of cost.

Relatively minor issue but with a time crunch. Called at about 830. They got me on the schedule immediately and the problem was resolved by 1230. Excellent response, professional and the problem was resolved.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve spent 1000s of dollars with this company and they just can’t get it right. Every couple of months something is broken. I told the tech I’ll pay for a whole new system I just want a working hvac system. He told me that everything had been replaced in my system and I’m good for another 10 yrs. Well they’ve been out here 3 more times since then. I told them to fix everything I don’t want to have to pay another diagnostic fee, I even signed up and paid for the preventative maintenance. They came out and looked at it for the maintenance and said everything is working and I’m good to go. I’ve had to reset my pilot light multiple time since then and now it isn’t working at all. I called them back and told them I know what is wrong and I’ve spent 1000s of dollars with you already and I even signed up for preventative maintenance but my HVAC still doesn’t work after they’ve been out here multiple times. They still said they would charge me a diagnostic fee. This company will rip you off as much as they can. The girl who answers the phone laughed at my frustration and when I spoke to the manager he told me to take my business elsewhere and he hung up on me. They do not value their customers!!

Sammy’s company was the answer to all my plumbing needs around the house. He walked me through the problems we were having and even showed us potential upcoming fixes. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and overall he took the stress out of my home plumbing repairs. I would recommend him to everybody who needs work done.

My house was built in 1969, so you can imagine the work that needed to be done. I had company coming in town and I needed someone to get to me as soon as possible. I called three companies and they all couldn’t get to me quick enough. I called rest assured plumbing and they got to me not only quickly but they knew the issue immediately. They unclog my drains and replaced 10 feet of pipe!! They guarantee the work for a whole year! Will definitely be calling them again...I know the old house will need more work!!

ARC (Clay and Kyrie) were quick in diagnosing my shower head leak and repaired it with replacement cartridge parts. They also reviewed my water heater, upon my request, and showed me that the expansion tank needed replacement... which they replaced. They arrived early, got the jobs done efficiently, and answered all my questions about these two issues, as well as several questions about other concerns.

I have 2 units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, and the 3 guys, Gio, Daniel, and Fabio, arrived on time and replaced everything quickly and cleanly. The price I got from Rural beat the competitors price by about $1K. I've used Rural for a number of years for service and they've been a good service company. The last tech, Ken, did a great job and was very professional. Didn't realize ants could short your AC unit, but he showed me otherwise.

Great quality and service. Scheduling was easy and they were very prompt. The techs were courteous and fully explained what they were doing. I will be using them in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

Finding a consistently good plumber is a great thing. We just installed a Rinnai hot water system, and a Halo 5 water filter on our 10-yr -old house. We love working with Will who is both imminently qualified and patient as we learn the new technology. We also had the plumbing home inspection, and caught a number of problems before they presented while we had family visiting. Will is proactive, practical and wise in his recommendations. It is our hope to stay with Will and CK for the future. I recommend them both highly.

Everyone involved with Mr. Rooter Plumbing was awesome Amy who answered the phone and Tim who came out to repair our leak. We needed emergency service, we had a bad leak, she gave us a window of time for today (not tomorrow) but today!! Tim came early, very pleasant, efficient, professional and great to work with :)

DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE RIPPED OFF!! They claim to understand how water filtration systems work which is why I had them come to my house. They looked at my system and told me it was running fine and then charged me $185. I had to learn the hard way that there was something wrong with my water filtration system when I got a $250 water bill a month later. Asked them for a receipt to show the City and they refused to provide a receipt. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

After using this company for several projects I found them to be quite overpriced. However plumbing is expensive sometimes so I never complained and only occasionally called for service. Well today I asked them if they were interested in bidding a water line replacement job that I needed a couple bids on. (Several thousand dollar job) The lady answered the phone and was incredibly short with me. She told me they weren’t interested and either go in the work order or not. She said they were too busy to bid the job. After doing $30,000 in work last year with them I have decided to be done with them.
