Very poor telephone manners. I called with a business matter and the lady that answered was very short and rude and hung up on me twice. Not professional at all. I suggest they change the person who is the first contact with the public. She is not suited for that job.

A plumbing problem that caused leak in the ceiling below, which I expected to be disastrously expensive, turned out to be a simple fixture replacement, very fairly priced. A nice surprise!

They were really honest my water heater was old but he gave me an estimate of how long it will last and all it had was a lose pipe that connects to the water heater that was causing the leak he also repaired a hose bib that was badly installed really good prices

Mike with Mr Rooter came to my aid! Mike and his teammate were able to diagnose and determine the route cause of the issue with our well pump. In less than 24hrs the problem was solved parts were installed and full systems check were complete. I can't thank Mike and team for all they did and truly finding the tricky root cause of this issue.

Eric is the best. He came by at 9:30pm just to help me disconnect a gas stove, and then also came back two days later to reconnect all of our plumbing after a granite project. Everyone needs a good plumber in their Rolodex, and Eric will be our go-to going forward!

Eddie is a scam artist don't use him . Called Eddie gave me price of 100 dollars to come to the house I said ok . He came to the house and was done in two and a half hours emailed me a bill of 1255.00 of work I did not ask him to do. Horrible customer service and a total rip off . If I could give no stars I would .

I used Project Services on three separate occasions a number of years ago. Each time, they were thorough and professional. The first time, they were the second company brought in to look at replacing a water heater. They walked me through the potential complicating issues first and did not try to up sell me on anything.

The second time, a different person replaced a vanity and faucet, and made sure it looked right despite not having access to the same tiles. The third time, they quickly diagnosed and fixed a shower/bathtub leak at pretty minimal cost.

In each instance I was at the mercy of professionals who easily could have upsold or over-charged me. I really appreciate how they run their business here.

American Hime Shield sent this company for the second time to get my garbage disposal working. The plates on it are rusted to the point that if not used every few days it seizes up. NC Pro told AHS that I damaged the disposal putting corn in it. not true. Brian, the service tech took a wrench and banged it on the plate to loosen the rust. After that it worked but it will do the same thing again if not used every few days. It’s old-2007-and extremely rusty. Before Brian left I wanted to make sure the blades turned properly so all I had was some corn so I broke into a small piece and we tried it. It cut the corn off one side. Tried another piece, same thing. We pulled each piece out to check so we didn’t just let it run. There is nothing wrong with the blades but they refused to tell AHS that the rust was an ongoing issue but they did tell AHS it needed replacing. If they would explain that I did not break it by putting corn in it which is the truth AHS Wwoupd replace it. Still NC Pro sent me an estimate and offered to replace it for almost $460. It almost seems like they want money from AHS and also from me. I would never recommend this company. The least they could do would be to be truthful with AHS and tell them the rust is the issue. Instead they tell them they got it running and didn’t elaborate and say the rust had it jammed up. 🤦🏻‍♀️.

Our water heater recently stopped working without any warning. We discovered Matthew's Plumbing through a glowing recommendation from our usual plumber who was not able to help us. We first talked to Kimber, his wife who handles his calls. She understood our situation and had Matthew call us as soon as possible. Within 30 minutes Matthew called me back. I explained about our situation and he said he would be over within two hours to replace it. Apparently he does not believe that anyone should be without hot water and will do anything to come out to replace it. We thought it would at least be the next day when I called him at about 2pm. We were surprised and delighted that he was willing to come over to replace it that day. Before he came over, Matthew researched our replacement options for our particular situation; calling me to explain options and cost as he rode to the supply house to get what we needed. Matthew was at our house at 5:45 and by 7:45 we had our new hot water heater in place and working. We found Matthew to be knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and demonstrated a great sense of humor. His customer service was outstanding and we highly recommend him to you for any of your plumbing needs especially to replace a hot water heater that might go out abruptly like ours. I think he went above and beyond what one would expect from a plumbing company. He and Kimber well deserves two thumbs up and five stars!

Called Legacy yesterday at 4:42pm and they came out this morning at 9:30am. Willie was great, professional, fast, friendly and had a great smile! Just over $100 to fix our issue at the office. Will definitely use them again!

They were great, it's never a fun time when you need a plumber, but you'll certainly be glad they came.

Had a tech come out to set up an RO system under my sink, and also run a connection to my fridge. Was quick and very helpful. Definitely recommend them to anyone in their service area.
