Best Drain Cleaning in Raleigh NC

Woke up on a mid30s Saturday morning to a house with no water. Did some googling and found Jason Saturday afternoon. He came by an hour later, examined the remains of our 37 year old well system by going through a tough crawl space that was moved due to a house addition. Jason explained the situation very clear and we agreed with the repairs. I was expecting to hear we will see you Monday morning but to my surprise Jason said I’ll see you in the morning. Wow he showed up on a freezing Sunday morning and we had water in a couple of hours. Amazing “old school” service. If you have plumbing needs do yourself a favor and call Jason

Our family had a very positive experience with John and Sweetwater plumbing. The company has an excellent track record of good work and positive reviews from local builders which is why we decided to use them. Sweetwater was able to install our ice maker quickly and efficiently for a fair and reasonable amount. The plumbing technician even drove to the local True Hardware because Kitchenaid did not send one of the required drain hoses. Additionally he wore shoe guards every time he entered the home and was polite and courteous to my family.
Could not recommend this company more.

We have used Raleigh Heating and Air for years, and they have always been quick to respond, professional and reliable. When we needed a new furnace, they contacted us a week later and let us know that they had erroneously charged us slightly too much and went back and credited us for this. It's refreshing to see this kind of professional integrity! Highly recommend them!

Bradly came out, in the middle of a rain storm, and gave me an estimate for two water spigots on the exterior of the house. Despite one being a bit of a pain, he did a great job and replaced them despite it pouring down rain and him getting soaked. He took his time despite his own discomfort and also took the time to work on getting me an estimate for a tankless water heater. Highly recommend.

I am currently very satisfied with the service performed in my bathroom today by Mr. Scott. He was on time, very thorough and honest with his consultation. A++++ experience with William Parrish Plumbing today! On time and efficient! I was having hot water issues and was sure I would have to replace the hot water heater. Turns out it was the re-circulator that was turned off. I also needed help installing a new rain shower head and that was taken care of in a matter of minutes! I will definitely call them again when we need plumbing services.

I called Cub's plumbing to have a well filter installed in my new house. The owner, Kevin, is awesome! He was able to fit me into his schedule on a short notice and did a great job. He was professional, on- time, and left everything very clean. I'm so pleased with the water quality after he installed the filter. I will definitely be calling them again for various renovation projects I have planned.

Called yesterday to schedule an appointment. Was told availability would be between 11 and 3. Took my day off to wait around for this crew. Received a call later in the day Advising they would be late. Received another call advising they were still coming and their last appointment was 10 minutes away from my home. Got a call from the technician telling me he was actually 30 to 45 minutes out. Canceled as I had to leave after waiting here all day.

General Manager Amy called to tell me the sob story of being short staffed etc. Which doesn't take into account misinformation. I get it but I didn't force them to take my appointment.

I was still frustrated but didnt lash out too much until the general manager proceeded to tell me there are more important things to worry about like those dead kids in that town.

Are you serious? That's what you teach your staff to say to rationalize poor business practices?

Came a little earlier than time sched. which is better to me than when people come way too late. Called me to notify. Did a wonderful job, very courteous, answered my questions, cleaned up, top quality job. Best price in town.

Called Eric after a house inspection to sell my house. Eric was very punctual and gave in depth details of what all had to be done and how he would do it. Knocked out task after task very quickly and efficiently. Best thing is you work with Eric, the owner. There is no bull with trying to deal with some front office that never returns calls. Eric is reliable and gets the job done.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

We had our toilet line replaced. We were charged $190 for the service with $40 off. We paid $150. I was told that there is no extra charge for weekend and night service.

The technician took only 20 mins to fix it.

When I called other licensed plumbers, they said, it's less than hour job and would cost only maximum of $80.

Please be careful with this company. I live in Cary, NC. The company overcharged me. This is something I need to report to BBB as well.

An estimate was given to use. It was about 8.15p.m on Saturday night. We did not have much choice but to go with the company.

I wanted to verify to make sure I was not over charged. To my surprise, all other leading licensed company charges only a maximum of $80 for that work.

So be careful when you deal with this company. I have already send an email to them about their overcharge.

I had to have a drain replaced in my shower stall. It was far more complicated work than anticipated and Eddie worked at it until the problem was solved. As they say, by the work, one knows the workman. Highly recommend Affordable Plumbing and Eddie!
