Mike with Citywide Plumbing has work with me on several plumbing projects at my home that range from repairing hose bib facets, installing gas line extensions to new gas oven to repairing faulty drain lines to Unclogging storm drain lines from downspouts at my home. There's never been an encounter that Citywide Plumbing has not been able to handle quickly, professionally and with a fair price. I would highly recommend Citywide Plumbing and Mike for all of your plumbing needs. I feel like I have a professional plumber on standby whenever I need something addressed and he's there immediately to take care of it. He's also a joy to get to know as a person.

Jason had to repair/replace the well pump for my water system. He also returned to replace the water tank/bladder tank that goes with the well system.. His work was professional and very timely. He came on an emergency and arrived when he said he would be here. After assessing the situation, Jason kept me informed of everything that needed to be done, gave me an estimate and completed the work in a very timely manner for the price quoted. Sweetwater Plumbing is THE BEST!! I own a new home (still under warranty), and Sweetwater has been super responsive on all three occasions I had to place a call. Most recently, however, it was on Christmas Eve at 1:00 in the afternoon. I had a sewer backup problem. They did not know that this would not end up being a warranty issue, and they sent Mario and Jorge (George) to my house on Christmas Eve! They were there within an hour of my call. The problem ended up being that a contractor for AT&T who recently buried Fiber in my yard broke through my sewer pipe in two different areas of the yard, causing a backup. They fixed the first problem (dug and discovered and replaced the pipe), but they didn't stop there! They tested the drainage and ran a camera to discover a second area where the same contractor broke through the pipe about 40' from the other break. They repaired that as well, and saved my Christmas! I am so appreciative of how thorough they were, as I am placing a claim to have the repair cost covered by the contractor who caused the damage. The second break may have gone undetected until it was too late to be included in the claim had they not been so thorough. Mario assured me, immediately, that they would not leave until all was well. He had a great sense of humor, talked me out of the panic I was feeling, and I so appreciate him and Sweetwater as a Company. I can't speak highly enough about the consistently excellent service I have received from this Company!! Do yourself a favor - call them if you ever need a great plumbing company!

We recently had an issue with an object falling into the toilet as it was flushing, and we knew immediately that this was not a plunge situation – we needed expert assistance. Carolina Plumbing and Backflow came same day, was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We hope to not be in the same situation again but if we are, we will be calling them first! Very pleased with Rest Assured Plumbing's service. Rakeem does great efficient work and is very knowledgable. He followed up with me after his repair visit and included videos for me to educate myself for future troubleshooting. I will most defiantly use Rest Assured Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Wanted to leave a quick note about the guys from ARC, especially David. Our dishwasher died on us and after several failed attempts at a fix from the manufacturer and another local service company, we gave ARC a call. They were able to send someone out (on the weekend) in less than 24 hours. David arrived on-time, was able to diagnose and fix our issue quickly. He left our house cleaner than it was when he arrived, and our dishwasher is functional again! I would highly recommend the guys at ARC to anyone needing help with any plumbing issues.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

We had had multiple plumbing issues simultaneously.😩 Alberto and Trevor arrived and put in work! They replaced a faulty tub faucet which had been worked on prior to us moving into the house, and it was horrific to maneuver. They also replaced a toilet that had been malfunctioning for a couple of months. Finally, they replaced a pedestal sink with a vanity sink in our half bath. Their work was amazing and, from what I had researched, cost-effective. Both gentlemen were cordial, accommodating, and productive. Executive Plumbing was phenomenal and we would hire them again!!!

These guys do a terrible job. They don’t do the job they are paid for. They’ve been out several times charging my poor mother repeatedly for a job they haven’t completed. Be wary of a company trying to take advantage of an elderly widow.
