Cannot say enough about how great our experience was with Jason. His solution to our major water pipe issue saved us a tremendous amount of money. Eddie came to the rescue on a SUNDAY when all the other places were closed. He came from Fayetteville to Raleigh and didn’t charge me an extra for a “after hours” or “weekend” fee. He fixed my shower valve in the wall (softball sized opening) without damaging any of the tile, sheet rock, or dry wall. I will use him again for sure! Thanks!

I have low water pressure in part of my house as well as low water heat. I hired Progressive to help assess the situation and help me come up with a solution. They came to my house checked an outside spigot and looked at my water heater. Told me everything was fine and suggested I google what is wrong in the other part of the house. For this I had to pay $120. I would never call this company for anything ever again.

Been out to my house multiple times via my property management company -- to diagnose a plumbing issue that is quite literally described in the work order as INTERMITTENT -- every time, plumber comes and says *shrug* can't replicate issue oh well... fast forward to my house flooding. Thanks for not doing your job.

Had a very bad sewer issue right in my back yard...one phone call a pleasant conversation and 3 hours later my house is all back to normal. They had guys out to look at the issue with in 30minutes... Quoted a price that was DEAD on what I paid. One happy lady here !!! Keep up the great work :) !

Not real happy with the install - placed hot water heater on a concrete slab with our using a stand or block to keep it off the ground - will cause premature rusting. Poor workmanship.
