We renovated our kitchen. The new garbage disposal and sink required new plumbing, which was not anticipated I called Edwin, he arrived within 2 hours. Edwin and Bruno were professional, tidy, and friendly. Highly recommend them.

Rakeem showed up quickly on a weekend sewer backup that turned into a bigger repair. He was able to get a temporary fix in place to keep everything working and come back later for the permanent repair.

This was the absolute worst non-service imaginable. The technician arrived two hours after the time we'd been scheduled. Although we provided the part number in advance, he did not have it with him. He took apart the water heater and left without repairing it at all! We called the office and were told we would have it repaired the following day. Nobody came or called. Our call was not returned.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

NO MORE SPONGE BATHS!! LAST Fall all I could take were sponge baths. I could not get i in and out of my tub/shower. I was falling and breaking bones (couldn't lift legs into tub) .
I called William Parrish Plumbing and they're came right over. Once they saw the problem they didn't have to remove and install a newer tub. They back the next day and within a couple of hours they had cut the side of tub down any installed a step i in. I can now get i in and out of tub for showers especially using safety hand ralls they installed. NO MORE SPONGE BATHS for me. Thanks William Parrish Plumbing , Inc.

Eddie is a scam artist don't use him . Called Eddie gave me price of 100 dollars to come to the house I said ok . He came to the house and was done in two and a half hours emailed me a bill of 1255.00 of work I did not ask him to do. Horrible customer service and a total rip off . If I could give no stars I would .

Our septic tank and leach field failed and we called several plumbers to get a quote to get our home connected to the city sewer. Out of the 10 plumbers we called, only 3 were available to give us a quote. Mike from Cary Plumbing was super friendly and listened to me when I was explaining my situation. He had an answer to every one of the questions that I had. He also knew exactly what processes needed to be executed to get us connected. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the other two plumbers that talked over and down to me. I was confident after my interaction with Mike that Cary Plumbing's team could handle this job. I was not wrong. Frankie, his assistant, and Bill did a fantastic job. It was their mission to get us hooked up to the city within the day and they hustled and made it happen. Bill was a wizard on the excavator. I have never seen anyone maneuver so skillfully on an excavator like that. It was truly impressive. I am extremely happy with the work that was done.
