Our water heater was not working (no hot water!). I called Mike on Sunday at around 9:30. He was very professional, honest, and detailed. He was at my house at 10:10, and completed the repair by 10:30. He patiently explained the issue to me and also how to prevent it from happening again. I would 100% recommend Raleigh Water Heater Guys to anyone who with plumbing or water heater issues!

On Wednesday July 25th I walked into a complete disaster in my downstairs bathroom. I thought I could just grab the trusty old plunger and things would be okay; nope! Went and bought a 3ft auger and thought to myself, this will surely get the issue resolved; nope. Rented a 25ft snake from a hardware store and thought, surely this will do the trick; nope. Called Fuller Services on Thursday morning. They had someone at my house within a couple of hours, did an assessment, and provided me with the root cause of what was wrong. Roots from my tree in the front yard had found a way to infiltrate the piping that leads to the outside sewer. The remedy meant that the line would have to be dug up and replaced. The owner of the company, Will and his lovely lady came out to my house and did an amazing job of rectifying a pretty awful install from the builder and ensured that me and my household would be back fully functioning. I cannot recommend Fuller Services enough. They are honest, fair, and do great work at a great price.

This is the first google review I have ever felt the need to write - that's how good they are! Mike was professional, courteous and friendly, as was everyone on his team who showed up to help. He just really helped us out when we were dealing with a pretty big plumbing problem and I really appreciate it. Highly recommend!

Our house is at the age where we're changing out hot water heaters, updating plumbing fixtures, etc and every time we have needed them their technician has been prompt, professional, and got the job done at a very fair price. I once 'strayed' and tried a friend-of-a-friend's plumbing company....was quoted $900+ for the handful of items that needed doing....sent them packing, called Cecil Davis Plumbing and they came out and did the same work for about half the price. Avoid the guys who advertise all the time - you're the one paying for it! Cecil Davis Plumbing is the right pick!

David has been fantastic in helping me redo my bathroom plumbing as well as replacing a faucet. Very professional and prompt and reasonably priced! Highly recommend him!
