This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have dealt with. I contacted them once to fix my shower and after making an appointment, I texted (as their voicemail says to do) to confirm my 4:00 appointment the day of and possibly see if they could come earlier, instead I was told they had a big job somewhere and would not be able to get to my house until after 6. While, I understand that other appointments may come up if I had not texted I would not have been notified that my appointment had become less important for them and would have been waiting for over two hours for them to come.

Reliable.....Always comes out when i ask em to. Lol 😋

Picked up my call very quickly and knew almost immediately what could be causing my pressure issue. Work was quick and now my sinks and showers work flawlessly, highly recommended.
