Best Installation in Raleigh NC

I called Air Experts to have them perform a semi-annual inspection/preventative maintenance of my 2 HVAC units. My upstairs unit is 21 years old and still limping along. The technician they sent out was very professional and very knowledgable. He identified some issues with the unit and he showed me the pictures that were taken with his iPad. I know that a picture is worth a thousand words, but I wanted to see for myself. Without hesitation he went back into the attic with me and took the appropriate panels off to show me exactly what issues that he found. The only very minor complaint is that I had to schedule the appointment a month out. No biggie!

Very pleased with the work David performed replacing main shut off valve and pressure regulator. He and his helper were very efficient with their work. He is my go-to plumber from now on.

I had contacted CK Plumbing last week to get a quote on a water heater and they were extremely helpful and quick. I did not know what type of water heater I even had, and they were so helpful, letting me take pictures of mine and telling me what I had. They quoted me and set me up for a date to get my new water heater installed. They didn't have the water heater I needed, so I bought the water heater and they went and picked it up for me, I didn't have to worry about going to get this heavy thing by myself. They were reasonably priced, helpful on all my questions, and Tim and Justin were on-time, called me when they were close, and kept me up-to-date on the process of putting in the water heater, if they needed to change anything, letting me know certain things, etc. CK Plumbing was absolutely fabulous and if I need anything else in the plumbing area, I definitely know who to call!

I would give them a zero star rating but google doesn’t offer that. I have a newer home that was plumbed by this company and have had definitely some major issues. When we moved into our new home the hot and cold water lines were installed backwards on the master bath sink, and one of my upstairs bathrooms had the wrong size toilet so the toilet tank lid was nowhere close to fitting properly and it made the bathroom smell, no big deal they came and fixed those problems. Months later my wife noticed the carpet was wet in the bonus room adjacent to the bathroom they swapped toilets out. After some investigation it was discovered that the pex connection inside the wall was leaking for God knows how long. Last week Water starts pouring from the ceiling in our living room below our other upstairs bathroom, called our builder, we are out of warranty call Evans plumbing, I did and they told me too bad we aren’t coming out to do anything. So I paid a different company to come out and they discovered it was leaking from a hairline crack in a copper stub out , in the wall. Great job Evans plumbing! Never use this company!

Very satisfied with the work they did for me. I had a complicated issue, they were able to figure out the root cause of my issue quickly. They worked hard, quickly and had everything working with in a couple hours. Though what I needed done was expensive, compared to other quotes they were very reasonable . Would recommend and would call again.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Plumberken to the rescue!! We bought our house 16 years ago. It is in a slab. No basement and no crawl space. We are from OH, so all our homes had a basement.
A couple years ago, We noticed our spare room carpet was saturated. At first, it was 'uh oh.
Blame it in the dog' haha. Then realized it was a LEAK! Of course the plumbing is in the walls, under the floor and who knows..oh wait! Ken knows!! He located and repaired the leak timely and with minimal invasion.
Another instance, in the laundry room, we noticed the floor felt very warm. The ground outside was also very wet. Ken located the leak under the washer. Did some digging and repaired the leak.
This Friday we walked into to closet and got wet feet! OH KNOW, A LEAK! Ken inspected the outside closet where the hot water tank is. Wet! He located the leak and repaired it!
Ken has also did a remodel in our kitchen, installing a new sink and dishwasher, unfroze pipes at our well, and installed outside spickets.
Ken is knowlagble in every aspect of plumbing. He is a true professional in every way! So grateful for all his kindness and good work

Had leak in crawl space, Connor came to house check crawl space, area first floor with 30 minutes he found area of leak even though was within wall. He did call in water sensing folks they came out with special tool checked if there were any other leaks in that area. Repair was done, it did cost more than I thought, and now have them resolving damage flooring. As for Connor the plumber very nice and respectful. Will post more info after all the water damage areas are fixed.

I've used Carolina Plumbing and Repair for years, but I wanted to finally write a review to put it on record. We recently discovered a leak in our ceiling below our master bathroom and the technicians came out to take a look. They were able to look at the situation and come up with solutions that did not involve cutting a bunch of different holes in our ceiling. The solutions were spot on, as we have not had any other leaks. We were told that if we do get the leak again, they would come right back out. They were professional, polite and explained everything in detail about what they were doing and gave us a couple of options to pick from. Every experience I have ever had over the past few years have been a positive one and it is why I keep going back. I highly recommend them.
