Mike with Citywide Plumbing has work with me on several plumbing projects at my home that range from repairing hose bib facets, installing gas line extensions to new gas oven to repairing faulty drain lines to Unclogging storm drain lines from downspouts at my home. There's never been an encounter that Citywide Plumbing has not been able to handle quickly, professionally and with a fair price. They showed up at the appointment time, assessed the situation, gave me a quote on the spot, did the repairs, allowed me to review and approve and then I paid on-site. This company does provide in-home professionalism and always enjoyed the technicians provide. I had a whole system replaced in 2016 at what was a competitive price. Fast forward to January 2018 and I had inquired to Raleigh Heating & Air if my furnace was an automatic two stage unit with the very cold temperatures. The unit cut off over night for 2 hours. I asked if the unit was accessing the 2nd stage heat and they could not verify my equipment over the phone if we had automatic staging. I was forced to pay a $95 diagnostic fee for a simple yes or no response. Sadly the technician was more helpful than anyone over the phone and could have been resolved easily. I would recommend getting a quote from them for new equipment, but have reservations when it comes to asking for technical questions about your newly installed system.

Sean and Anthony took great care of what needed to be done. They did a check of the new pressure setting from the main and all the major plumbing fixture hook ups and helped put my mind at ease about what was going on. They helped alleviate a few minor problems and gave me suggestions about how we could be preventive on a few things for the future. The repairs they did do were spot on.

Eddie is a scam artist don't use him . Called Eddie gave me price of 100 dollars to come to the house I said ok . He came to the house and was done in two and a half hours emailed me a bill of 1255.00 of work I did not ask him to do. Horrible customer service and a total rip off . If I could give no stars I would .

I called early this morning during inclement weather. We had snow last night so the roads were covered. The hot water heater at my rental property had a bad leak. Mr. Lane was very courteous and had a technician at the house in approximately 1 hour. Once the hot water heater is installed I will come back on to review how that process went.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
