Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. He is always professional and does high quality work for a fair price. I like how personable he is and how he explains what needed to be repaired or how to use the features on new equipment that has been installed. I also like how he provides recommendations for replacements so I know which would be the best toilet or faucet to buy. Today he replaced a bathtub faucet and a kitchen sink faucet for us. Everything was done quickly, works well, and looks great.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

My kitchen sink got clogged last night and I spent two hours this morning snaking the pipes and removing and cleaning the trap with no success . I called Affortable Plumbing, after the guy arrived it only took him 15 mins to resolve. I was very happy with my experience, they arrived quickly and did good work, reasonable price. Helped repair a shower door at our house. Was quick to respond and worked through a tricky situation.

They called the very hour they were supposed to be here and said they didn't have anyone available to handle my job. I had booked weeks ahead because we only visit this home once every month or two, so I need my contractors to commit to their appointments. Every visit here, therefore every appointment for any kind of service, requires a 14 hour round trip, so cancelling creates a huge problem for me and costs at least $100!

While driving on the highway yesterday, in the rain, one of your service vehicles that was behind me in traffic decided to use a merging lane as their own personal passing lane, swerve in front of me causing me to slam on my breaks, and get literally no where in the process. Here's the thing, if they are going to have such little regard for my safety while driving, I don't want them in my home or business. How are they going to treat me then? The truck was numbered, which I have. We were in traffic. They weren't going to get any where with their idiotic stunt to pass ONE car.

They were on time, extremely knowledgeable and gave me suggestions and advice on a future plumping project. Sam had several different ideas on how I could address plumbing issues in my home. It’s clear this company really looks out for and cares about their customer! The repairs made today were supposed to be done yesterday by another company who gave me a four hour window and showed up three hours late with an astronomical quote.
