the folks all seemed nice. however....they were here for 8 hours. they didn't have everything they needed...and kept having to get someone to bring them something. they also gave me a gift card they said I could use to pay my bill with as I financed it and the bank it was financed through said they could not use that card to pay my bill. I'm really not sure if I would recommend them

I had a capacitor go out in my outside unit. I knew it was a capacitor but was tied up with work and didn't have time to fix it myself so I called these guys. I called and they showed up the next day within the time-frame, however, it seems they price gouge. I was charged a service fee of $90.00 and hen $204.40 for the capacitor. He also put 2 pounds of R-22 in for $225. I was expecting the capacitor to maybe be $75 max (since you can get capacitors all day at home depot for $10 to $20).

I would call someone else and wouldn't recommend this company unless you like paying $$$.

Sean and Anthony took great care of what needed to be done. They did a check of the new pressure setting from the main and all the major plumbing fixture hook ups and helped put my mind at ease about what was going on. They helped alleviate a few minor problems and gave me suggestions about how we could be preventive on a few things for the future. The repairs they did do were spot on.

They replaced our hot water heater that was leaking. Took care of it immediately. No hassle. Their price was way less then what we were quoted from another company that we actually have a contract with! I believe Scott was the one that did the install. Shout out to JR Lane Plumbing. They got the job done for us. Walked us through the entire process of the main water line replacement. They were very knowledgeable and the staff and technicians were reliable, they followed up with us every step of the way. We could not even tell they were at the house to install a new line. Our yard was cleaned up and put back just as before they did their work. Service was a 10!

I called them and received a competitive quote and good appointment choices. Zack and Bancho arrived on time and quickly and carefully removed the old system and installed a new unit. All looks good and I am very happy to have chosen Cary Plumbing for this job.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
