Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Friendly, Professional service. They get the job done right and at a reasonable price. 10/10 would optimal plumb again! :D

Called Metro rooter plumbing May 11th 3:49 pm . No-one picked up the phone answering machine if full and not taking any more messages.

Professional when I spoke with them, but unhappy with the result. Met a person at work site for an estimate and was promised follow-up shortly. Had to call back three times and it took almost 4 weeks for them to call me back - only to tell me that they didn't do that kind of work. Certainly don't appreciate that.

Call them up about putting in pipe fittings for a shower valve, they had no interest in doing the job. What kind of business model is that? House has plenty of issues, and if I liked them I probably would have used them for other things that need to be done but that attitude has lost my business permanently.

Keith was great to work with! He did all my plumbing for 2 bathrooms and a full basement kitchen. He did top quality work for a fair price and was very responsive and timely. Will definitely hire again!
