I used CPB to install a sink in our butler pantry, install a shower fixture in our master and flush our hot water system and each time, they got the job done well! No issues since installation of the sink or shower fixture. Sammy (the operator) was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I would recommend and use again.

Rakeem was prompt in his response, timely and extremely professional with the repairs he did to my kitchen sink (leaks) and bathroom shower (leaks). Chris told me I had installed a set of filters backwards. At least the water flow direction for the filters.

I seriously can't say enough good things about this company! We were without a kitchen for three months, and dealt with so many scheduling miscommunications from other companies. We had to reschedule Eric about three times, and he still stuck by and helped us out so much. His work is great, his personality is wonderful, and his prices are super reasonable! We'll definitely be calling him again in the future!

My water heater decided to spring a leak and I walked downstairs to swap laundry and found a swamp in my entryway. Unfortunately because my Husband is sick with Covid we had a really hard time finding anyone willing to come to our house in any reasonable amount of time. Even though we offered to wear masks, stay upstairs, or even to sit in my car and leave the house the earliest anyone was willing to come out was in 6 days. I called around to 10+ places and the only one who returned my calls in a timely manner and was willing to come to our home was Eddie at Affordable Plumbing. We stayed upstairs and communicated through telephone. He was super knowledgeable and even helped to trouble shoot some other issues we were having for a future visit. I'm so greatful to Eddie as I had no idea how we would have survived in Quarantine with no water for 6 days. From the bottom of my heart thank you for helping this poor nurse out!

They dont pass their tickets to the next step. The ticket was closed twice and i had to explicitly call to open them back .

We had a gas leak and they came out quickly, found the leak and fixed it. We haven’t had any issues since.

I have used Progressive Service Company for my HVAC and Whole-House Generator services for a few years. So, I thought I'd have them do some plumbing as well. Joe and Progressive did not disappoint.
