After 8 years in our home, our 50 gallon hot water heater was leaking over the weekend. I started calling around on Monday morning. I did get several estimates, most of which were higher then Poole's. Poole's was recommend to me by our Heating/AC service company. So, I called Poole's on Monday around noon and they were here and had it replaced within 24 hours. They were competitive on the price and they were fantastic with service. They even called today to follow up with me. Wonderful experience. I would use them in the future every time! they did a fantastic job!

The service guy Adam was very informative and honest. He was also very polite and professional. I had to reschedule due to personal reasons. It was great working with him. I look forward to getting my issue resolved as soon as I am able to do so!!

We actually called another place first. They tried to charge us double what optimal plumbing quoted us. Optimal plumbing was very professional and quick to replace our water heater. I’ll definitely use them in the future for any other needs.

We hired Joe to install 3 sinks and 3 faucets after we got new granite counter tops. When you get new granite counters, the drains from the new sinks won’t line up with the existing drains in the house. I thought I would be able to connect the new drains by using a flexible elbow, but I couldn’t make it work. So I called Joe and he was able to help me the same day. He charged me a flat fee for each sink and finished in about 1.5 hours. He is a super nice guy.

A few months later we sold our house and the home inspector said the water pressure was too high and that our water heater had been installed incorrectly. Joe came over and verified the home inspector's pressure gauge was faulty and verified that the water heater was fine. He wrote a short invoice explaining everything was ok.

Got my bathroom remodeled, and it looks great! Owner was very friendly, and helped me pick out what worked best for me.

I would recommend this company because they provide excellent service and quality of work which were all completed in a timely manner. We had a lot of plumbing issues that were not caught on inspection and Mr. Sammy did a walk through of the property and he was able to identify several cracked pipes and issues not to code. He responds to emergencies and took care of our issues with care and friendliness.
