Will went above and beyond in his duties, and (unlike most others in his profession), was extremely personable. He explained everything and made sure I was happy before he left. For any and all future plumbing work, I will definitely be calling Fuller Services. I highly recommend this reputable company, if you want the job done right by highly skilled professionals, with great customer service skills.

We had a tankless water heater installed and our polybutylene pipes replaced with PEX and cannot be happier with how everything turned out. A turnkey job and seamless from start to finish. Furthermore, communication was on point. If we shared a request with Mike, his crew was aware of it and delivered, and similarly if we touched base with the crew about something, Mike had been kept apprised at every turn. The technicians that I've worked with have been professional, efficient, and effective in servicing my HVAC system. Brandon reflected all of that and was able to answer any questions I had about the system after service. I've used Air Experts for a couple years for routine maintenance and so far I have had no complaints with any service or technician.

I HIGHLY recommend PSR ! I am so impressed with the workmanship (100%+) and the honest pricing. David and Jim came out the same day I called... as our HWH was a goner, and needed replacement . It is in the attic, pull-down stairs, and in 87 + degree heat. Not only was the unit replaced , Dave improved the way the pipes were originally laid out and other little extras, and left the place clean! He went above and beyond and he charged an amazing price !..for all that hard work and all this at the last minute at the end of the day! AND not only that but he guarantees his labor for ONE YEAR! Who does that? THAT is HONEST Hard work and as you know, is very rare these days. This is our plumber from now on ! DO it! call them...You will be glad you did.

I do not recommend this company to prospective customers. I contacted them b/c my 6-month-old water heater stopped working. Their $125 initial diagnostic fee is higher than most companies, but b/c they could see me sooner, I agreed to that. Diagnostic testing was limited to using a voltage meter which seemed not to be working properly. The technician then told me that they would replace the upper and lower thermostats for $400 b/c that is their company policy. But how do we know the thermostat is the problem, I asked. We don't, he told me, but if you get hot water then we know it was the problem. What about using Whirlpool parts since the unit is still covered under warranty? We don't do that, he told me, but maybe you can submit receipts to Whirlpool for reimbursement. Clearly this service call wasn't designed to be in MY best interests, so I ended the work and paid my $125 diagnostic fee (which should be called a Trip Fee). I get the fact that my type of service call isn't a big $$$ return for the company, but by being unscrupulous and wasting my time, you've lost a potential lifelong customer and alienated anyone who reads this review and decides to keep shopping.

These guys were fast, honest, thoughtful and polite. They actually saved me money by explaining available courses of action. The cheap fix often times is the most costly especially when dealing with high pressure water. Thanks keep Sean happy. He does a great job!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

My review is also not as a customer. I was driving down Lake Wheeler when a PlumberKen van pulled out from a side street and cut me off. Had to slam on the brakes. Looks like they make a habit of this based on another review. Not a great idea to drive recklessly when your business name is on the vehicle.

Damon was terrific and totally knew what he was doing trying to figure out the rather complex drainage system off my downspouts that were installed under patio and concrete. Diagnosed it and made sure he had everything cleaned and repaired. These things are never inexpensive but for all he did, I felt it was reasonably priced and he did a job we would never have figured out. It required a professional. Highly recommended.

Roy did an excellent job and I would definitely use him again. Totally satisfied.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Service was on time and reasonably priced - I will definitely use them again for plumbing needs
