Cheapest of three quotes, selected them and am very satisfied. they arrived on time, installed the hot water heater in 3.5 hours, cleaned up their debris and hauled away the old heater. I will use them in the future if I need a plumber.

We were having problems with our toilet leaking and it was impacting our water bill. Chris and Ray came out to fix it, calling to let us know they were on the way. They were both friendly, professional and very efficient. They identified and fixed the problem quickly and the cost was reasonable. Great to deal with, I will definitely use CK Plumbing & Backflow again, and will request Chris and Ray to do the work. Highly recommended.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

We hired Joe to install 3 sinks and 3 faucets after we got new granite counter tops. When you get new granite counters, the drains from the new sinks won’t line up with the existing drains in the house. I thought I would be able to connect the new drains by using a flexible elbow, but I couldn’t make it work. So I called Joe and he was able to help me the same day. He charged me a flat fee for each sink and finished in about 1.5 hours. He is a super nice guy.

A few months later we sold our house and the home inspector said the water pressure was too high and that our water heater had been installed incorrectly. Joe came over and verified the home inspector's pressure gauge was faulty and verified that the water heater was fine. He wrote a short invoice explaining everything was ok.

We had an awesome experience with Roto-Rooter. The staff were great from scheduling to the repair. No plumbing issue is ever pleasant but the gentlemen that came were knowledgeable and efficient. They took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.

Paul from Optimal Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing my leaky water heater. The leak was discovered after normal working hours but he arrived promptly after his current assignment. Unable to get the proper size water heater at that time of day, he took care of getting the water turned off so the leaking would stop. The closet where the water heater is located is very small and he spent several hours the next day locating one that would fit. He arrived for the installation and within a few hours I had hot water once again! Paul is very professional and knowledgeable about the services he performs, and a very pleasant person to have working in your home. I will definitely use Optimal Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Kenny showed up on time to do the repair work on my two toilets. I just wanted you to know that Kenny did an outstanding job. Kenny was professional, engaging, efficient and informative. Not only that but he showed real respect for my situation. When I let him know that I would be keeping my distance and wearing a mask, he showed no displeasure. Add to that, he came into my home wearing a mask (which I did not request); and he wore his mask anytime he was in my home.
So Kenny fixed the running toilet, starting working on the leaking toilet but let me know he could replace that one TODAY. So now I have two working toilets! Outstanding!

If you don't mind paying $250.00/hr for a plumber, they do a great job. They can't tell you the rate until they get there. If I knew the rate, I would've called someone else. Again, the work was fine, but the price was ridiculous.

Today ( 2/23/2021)I had the pleasure of meeting Richard and Anthony. They did an awesome job with locating the leak/repair in my front yard. They are very knowledgeable and got the job done. I definitely will continue to use CPR for my plumbing needs!

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.
