Best Water Line Replacement in Raleigh NC

Johnny from Air Experts serviced our house today. He was considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful. We bought our house recently and we already knew there were certain items that needed to be repaired (inspector told us) like one of the ducts under the house having water in it. Johnny looked over the ducting system under the house and promptly got me a quote for the repair (to be scheduled at a later time). He also inspected and cleaned the air conditioning units outside and inside. He explained the maintenance program at Air Experts and I decided it was a good idea considering my new, old house (30 years old) has some issues that were not addressed by the previous owners. I told him about my concern for mold considering the water in the air duct and smells in the house upstairs (old pet pee smell) and he suggested an air purifier system (ionizer). He wasn't pushy or selling me anything, he just gave an honest opinion on the matter and an option to the think about. I do plan on researching options for the future, including the information they will send me. I have to thank Johnny for putting up with my millions of questions and taking his time to look at everything. I am glad that I went with Air Experts and big thumbs up to Johnny for a thorough job.

I live in a new construction neighborhood and Cecil Davis is our point of contact in case of issues. I have called dozens of times to get updates on when someone might come out and fix a water leak and am told by the receptionist I'll let the boss know. I have contacted them multiple times for an issue at my meter and water running down the street. This most recent time it was found that it was on the Town of Apex side of the meter, but they still have not informed me of this! I found out from my builder two days after it was looked at and hundreds of gallons of water have run down the street at my expense. Do not use this Plumber if you like to know what is happening! This is your warning.

David was polite and efficient. However, I think his prices were HIGH. I would definitely recommend getting a quote prior to scheduling work.

Very satisfied with the work they did for me. I had a complicated issue, they were able to figure out the root cause of my issue quickly. They worked hard, quickly and had everything working with in a couple hours. Though what I needed done was expensive, compared to other quotes they were very reasonable . Would recommend and would call again.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Had a pretty bad plumbing emergency at home. I called Roto Rooter and in 15 min, Joe Young showed up at my house to help. He clearly explained what the problem was and why it happened. I will be calling RR (Joe) again for my plumbing needs for sure!

The guys with Optimal Plumbing were better than I had expected. I was concerned with the work that had to be done, but they came in, gave reasonable estimates and completed the work in short order. They were very professional, yet friendly at the same time. I have some additional work that I will have done at a later time, but will use Optimal Plumbing without a doubt! Wonderful service. Above and beyond communication and customer service. Other electricians quoted me multiple thousands of dollars and used intimidation tactics. Their work was literally 85% cheaper than what I was quoted by others. 85%!!!!!!

Specifically, let me shout out Larry who helped me with the contract and controlling costs. Then Chris and John show up and get the work done, not wasting anytime and being very helpful throughout. They were friendly even nice to my barking chihuahua mix crazy dog and professional. I had my own Smoke Detectors they helped to install. They were thorough but not trying to charge me more, just literally being helpful as they walked through my home inspection (as I asked) to address concerns. They were flexible and gave me ideas to save money. What I was told is that they are not commission or hourly, but salary and so they do not have an incentive to charge me more.

I told them my priority was safety and then costs. They double checked some outlets in case previous work was not to code and I feel good about the safety of my home. (of course if that changes, I will let you know!)

Affordable and professional company. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday morning and they were the only one that answered the phone. They did a great job on clearing my toilet stoppage and the price was affordable considering it was Sunday. Thank you again

We called CPR yesterday for setting a toilet back and re installing a vanity in our half bath. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and nice. They were able to get to us in the afternoon which is what we wanted. Andy came over to do the work and he was extremely careful, professional and knew what he was doing.
