A++++ experience with William Parrish Plumbing today! On time and efficient! I was having hot water issues and was sure I would have to replace the hot water heater. Turns out it was the re-circulator that was turned off. I also needed help installing a new rain shower head and that was taken care of in a matter of minutes! I will definitely call them again when we need plumbing services.

This was a very prompt and efficient service. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to help me assess the root cause of the issue that I thought was plumbing related, however it was HVAC related. He even was able to give us a referral to a reliable company that could help fix the issue!

I am grateful that I came across Jimmy Lane with Lane Plumbing. I did a DIY project over the weekend that turned out disastrous. When I spoke to Jimmy, somehow he turned my embarrassment into laughter. He sent out Mark and Jerry who fixed my issue promptly and the cost was very reasonable. I was so impressed with the work that I gave them another job and Mark showed up the very next day to get that job done. I admire Mark's work ethic. When I woke up on a Saturday morning with no hot water, I feared the worst. I was certain that I’d have to go 5 to 7 days before I can find someone to come out and take a look and diagnose the problem. I called NC water heater.com at 9 AM that Saturday morning, and spoke to Cindy, who is so kind and compassionate. Cindy let me know that she would make some calls to some technicians and see what she could do about finding someone to come take a look that weekend. Within 30 minutes I had a return phone call, and Cindy let me know that she had arranged for Dave to come out and take a look. Long story short, Dave had diagnose the problem and fixed my water heater just in time for lunch. Best of all, it was that I didn’t feel ripped off even with the after hours emergency service fee. The whole cost was completely reasonable. I know that I need to replace my aging water heater sooner than later. While Dave was fixing my water heater, he gave me several options for both tank and tankless when I am ready to repair. It’s hard to find good honest businesses these days. I’m happy that I called.
