Very responsive when I e-mailed one evening for help. Called the next morning and scheduled appt for that afternoon! Men were very professional and knew what they were doing. Solved the issue right away.

Plumber - Jason called before coming and was on time. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. He did not rush, was very thorough and asked if I had any questions. Also, he made sure I was pleased with his work before he left.

Dave was amazing. Very knowledgeable, and gave helpful tips on preventative maintenance. I would only want him to return if we need service. They will be coming out to give us quotes on new systems, so I will be reviewing that process as well.

I was told that someone would come out here today between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. but fortunately for me, I received a call from Sean around 11:00 saying they had received a cancellation and could come earlier if that was o.k. with me. I told him that would be great. He arrived about 15 to 20 minutes later. Sean and Bob could not have been any nicer. They were polite, went right to work installing new “pop ups” in my master bath, and finished in about 45 minutes to an hour. They were very professional, did a great job, and left my bathroom very clean. I will be very happy to refer all my friends to C.K.’s Plumbing. Thanks guys for a great experience.

i was charged $1500.00 for a $250 water tank and that is a rip off after this can't rate no more than a 0

We have used Benjamin plumbing several times for various projects around our house and could not be more pleased with his work. He does quality work at a fair price and takes the time to explain my options. He leaves the work space neater than when he found it. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to Sampson for their plumbing needs.

We have been in our home 17.25 years... no strangers to the it's always something truth of homeownership. Water heater (lowboy 50 gallon, 9ish years old) developed a slow leak from the bottom, element went out knew it needed replacement. We replaced the first one 8 years after move in and it was 11 years old. I maintained it maybe not as diligently as I should (religious yearly flush, every 2-3 year anode replace) but it still was past due and we had a flooded crawlspace 1.5 years ago which likely killed it. Even in perfect conditions, these short ones simply do not last as long. Had a contractor come out hoping to streamline the process... they were nice enough but they quoted a price that almost made me simultaneously laugh and wretch 😆+🤢. Ours have a 6 year warranty, they're commercial grade we don't get them from HD... 🚩They ALL have a 6 year warranty. We can get you on a service plan and that'll cut cost. 🚩 Nope. Anyway, I respectfully declined... had looked at another local plumber and they were a week out. Had been looking at HD at prices for the unit to do my homework and noted they have contractors to install. I pulled the pin and went with it... 2 days of cold showers + 16.5 year old son = 🥶 /😵. NCwater heaters happened to pick it up from there and they far surpassed expectations. Pro all the way from call #1 to estimate text and email correspondence to scheduling, crew on the way notifications... everything. I'm blown away. Don't discount a plumber contracted through a 'big box' store.... They get these contracts for a reason. Their quote was spot on to what the local plumber gave but since they were a week out I had to move on. NCwaterheater do many other jobs than their name implies... I won't hesitate to call them in the future. BTW... I didn't expect or receive anything for this review. I am as much singing their praises as I am sending a beware to home owners that there are a lot of price gougers out there: Do your homework.

We had a break in the pipe from our pump about 2 weeks ago. They quoted far less than other plumbers. After the repair, the pump refused to work. They immediately performed troubleshooting to determine the pump was getting power but not working. They returned the next day to replace the pump even granting us some credit for the initial pipe repair job. Their name & # are now in our phone contacts should we have a future plumbing emergency. Justin and Christian are professional, personable and HONEST!

Just got completely ripped off! Service call of $59 very reasonable. Labor was $104 for one hour of work! Not my fault that he had to go get a machine. So just paid $222 to unclog a shower drain. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone wants to make a quick buck. My travel agent won't extend my stay unless I pay her 2000. I called the two airlines and they said because your agent did a fix locked in booking no one (Not even us) can modify your ticket

Agent: No seats available until September. Every seats taken for the next two months. But if you pay me 2000, I'll see what I can do. Why would paying 2000 matter if ALL seats booked anyway? PS the airlines said there were available seats and she was lying.

I can't even go to a different agent because it's a small business agency!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
