From the first person we described our heating system issues to over the phone early this morning to our technician, Vincent, we felt so cared for! They were able to send Vincent out not long after we called and scheduled the appointment, which was amazing after only having heat off and on this frigid winter weekend. After a couple of tests, Vincent got our heat functioning and told us next steps if it fails again. We will certainly use Air Experts Heating and Air again in the future!

worst plumbing experience I've ever had. Owner moaned, groaned and cussed all while doing his job. I was extremely uncomfortable and ended up having no confidence in his work. His behavior made me wonder why he is even in plumbing. Can't recommend!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

We had a simple problem with a leak under the kitchen sink. Joe was very respectful and did not treat my problem as a waste of his time. His repair was quick and well done.

Ken came to our house in the late evening for an emergency (engagement ring in the pipes) and was incredible. He was beyond helpful, skilled and gracious. He found the ring and tirelessly worked for two hours until he did. Seriously cannot recommend him enough!!! Support local business and call Ken!

I could not have had a better experience using Optimal Plumbing. Mark and Lindsey did a phenomenal job of explaining the work they were going to do and upfront pricing, they got the job done in less than hour at a reasonable cost. I had many questions about other projects coming along in my new home such as hot water heaters and dishwashers and they took the time to explain things to me and the future services that they could provide. This company certainly sets the standards for how a business should be run and I will certainly be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

If you don't mind paying $250.00/hr for a plumber, they do a great job. They can't tell you the rate until they get there. If I knew the rate, I would've called someone else. Again, the work was fine, but the price was ridiculous.

Carolina Plumbing & Repair has come out to my home twice now. Each time, they have been on time, professional, and courteous. Most importantly, they do GREAT work, they do it quickly, and the prices are more than reasonable.

I plan on only using them going forward when I need a plumber.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.
