Best New Bathroom in Raleigh NC

After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!

My husband and I moved to Cary from Massachusetts and Raleigh Plumbing & Heating was the company that the builder used. Since we didn't know anyone else we just used the builders choices thinking they know best. As with all new properties and the fact that we aren't all that handy around the house, people needed to come and look at things. No surprises with new properties, it's just the way it is. Out of all of the people that the builder used that came back the only ones we stayed with after the warranty ran out was Raleigh Plumbing & Heating. I can honestly say they are professional, courteous, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, clean and you won't find anyone nicer then Eduardo. We feel this is a company that can be trusted and they won't take advantage of you either. They stand by their work and want you to be happy.

Very professional, highly skilled, polite, and courteous. Removed sketchy above ground well pump and installed a submersible pump. Moved air tank to a more suitable location, installed new ball valves, installed new lines, and wrapped new lines with high quality thick insulation. Craftsmanship was excellent! You will not be left in the dark wondering what work was done. Jason goes above and beyond and will let you know each step he recommends and does. If you're a commercial business looking for a plumber call this company. They were very friendly and quick about getting a tech out to get my issue corrected. Eric was my technician on both visits. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He educated me on the the issues and also advised what to look out for in the future all while breaking it down in lingo I understood. I've learned backflows can be tricky but im glad I have a company I can call on.

My well pump stopped working. I actually have a home warranty contract, but they said they didn’t have any contractors in my area to fix a pump. Finally, after complaining about paying for a service and not getting it, they found one to come out in 10 days. Seriously, try not having a shower or being able to flush your toilet for 10 days! (First American Home Warranty if you’re wondering). I tried contacting some plumbers but for some reason got no call backs. When I called Affordable Plumbing I got someone right away and gave my information. Eddie called me back and set up an appointment and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately,
my system was set up differently than most apparently, and he said he would be back that evening or the next day. He came back that evening and installed the new upgraded system that I had requested in in a short time . Now I have better water pressure and a much quieter pump. I would use this company again.

Very nice tech well mannered and promptly took care of my problem

We received three quotes to replace our 20 year old gas water heater. Lane plumbing gave a quote 15 and 30% lower than companies we had used in the past, but we were impressed with Mr. Lane's helpful knowledge and felt comfortable entrusting his crew to do the job. Marc was the plumber who did the install, and we were very impressed with his skill and thoroughness in doing the job. We would definitely use Lane Plumbing in the future. (It turned out that there was a miscommunication on the original quote, which still would have been below the next higher quote, but Mr. Lane resolved it in our favor.) Thank you Lane Plumbing!

Brandon was super helpful and answered all my questions. He even identified another issue with my water pressure and resolved on site. Highly recommend this company!

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
