Excellent service at a fair price!

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Great service, scheduled an appointment they were able to come quickly on short notice. They were very understanding and professional.

I've used Jayk's twice - once to install a toilet, and once to help with a smelly sink faucet - I received fantastic service both times, and would highly recommend Jayk for your plumbing needs. He was friendly, helpful and informative, and more than reasonably priced. I also have a couple friends who have used his services in the past, and were very happy with him.

Golden rule has taken care of 2 jobs for us. The first was about a year ago, they replaced the shower faucet in our bathroom and did an awesome job. Fair pricing and good work. The second time was a week ago. They came out diagnosed the problem. Did a repair. We continued to have a problem and the whole time they kept communication with us and as soon as I asked if they could come out again and check it out, they came next day. Very friendly, figured out that a product they used was faulty and they replaced it. No problem. I really appreciate it! Thankful for such a great locally owned business. Thank you guys!

Jason was assigned to repair our leaky faucet and shower head and took the time to explain everything to me, walked through our options and told us what to expect. I'm really lucky I've discovered the Art of Plumbing team here in Raleigh. It's so difficult to find a real experienced and responsible plumber here in the area. We had a lot to do in our old house kitchen (instead of move-in house we accidentally bought ourselves a project last month and now all we're doing is solving problems - some of them is plumbing related). He installed a water heater but was not the brand we agreed upon. He had every opportunity to tell me he was installing a lesser brand but didn’t. The price was the same. This company is a scam. Never again
