Best Water Heater Installation in Portland OR

My aging water heater started leaking so I contacted Joe via text. He was very responsive and gave me options to choose for my replacement water heater. Once I made a selection, he was out the same day. It's rare you can find someone to communicate through every step in the process and be so quick to response and resolve the issue.

Everyone, from the CSRs in the main office, to the answering service, to Eric, the very nice and professional plumber who came to my house, was great to work with. I put a request on Angie's list on a Saturday and I got a call from 3 Mountains Plumbing within an hour. Eric came out and was so nice. He gave me information and choices and he got the job done quickly and efficiently. This company was great to work with. I will call them the next time I need a plumber, to be sure.

We used them for a major re-piping project at our condominiums and it was the consensus that they were the best contractors we'd ever used. I sent a message to Sutherland Plumbing and Ti came out the same day to review what was going on with my main water line. He was super friendly and explained what was going on and what he would need to do to resolve the leak on the main water line. He sent me a bid with in an hour of finishing up at my house and his team was able to get me scheduled in for the following week.

When Ti and his team came out, they did a great job replacing the water line. They completed the job in the time frame they scheduled. Once they finished they cleaned the driveway, put everything back in its proper place and showed and explained all the work they did. It was a great experience. I’m looking forward to working with Sutherland Plumbing again in the future.

Great experience. Scheduling was very easy, and Max, our plumbing technician was absolutely the best. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the fix in detail. Max was very personable and upbeat, and obviously knew his stuff.

Scheduled appointment first thing in morning more than a week in advance, and took a day off from my work to be present. Was assured by scheduler and dispatch that this was a done deal. No workers arrived and was given no explanation or apology.

Honestly been using anytime plumbing for a long time now and they're always punctual and upfront about any issue or alternative resolutions. Heather is always very nice and responsive and somehow gets everything scheduled with great convenience! Always happy to give them a call and get their help! Thank you all!!! Awesome company. I highly recommend them for any sewer service you need or any service they perform. Polite knowledgeable flexible professional. Amazing guy. I can’t say enough good about this company. He goes above and beyond his job and make sure it is done right. I bought a House that had sewer problems and he needs exactly what needed to be done. Two days later my sewer is fixed. I was stressed thinking maybe I would be without water for 2 days. Once he started he said only a few hours I would be without water. So thank you! Look no further for all your plumbing needs. If I could give more stars I would. I have zero complaints nothing negative it was the smoothest process.

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

We had a sink in the downstairs backing up with guests in the house. I was able to get scheduled rapidly. I have needed to use the drain team before and was impressed by expertise and efficiency in solving the problem. They explored my crawl space to get a full understanding of the shared pipes and chased the clog for 50 feet to the main sewer line. I would recommend them to friends without qualification.

I called and they said they are not taking any new appointments this summer. So if I could put zero stars I would.
