I was skeptical when I saw how many 5 star reviews and the low pricing 3 mountain plumbing had, however I chose to move forward.From start to finish the communication from them was phenomenal. There was an issue that caused them to need to come another day and it totally worked out. I was experiencing a major bathroom sink clog and was worried that it would cost me hundreds of dollars to get it fixed. 3MP has a $83 special where if they restore flow it’s $83 but if they don’t you don’t pay a cent and sure enough that’s what happened. I paid no not a cent over $83 and was delighted at how awesome the tech Benjamin was, he was punctual, funny, and fun to chat with. He walked me through what he was doing and how and I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. Highly recommended plumber, maybe you’ll also get lucky and they’ll send Benjamin to your house for your plumbing needs.Overall I’m just glad that 3MP is legit and now understand why they have so many perfect reviews. Don’t hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. Their pricing alone is a reason to use them but the customer service is also exceptional!The next time I have any sort of issue that involves plumbing I already know who I am calling. I contacted David and the crew because other contractors failed to show up for their appointments. Now I wished I had contacted Sewer Renewal Specialists first. Not only were they expedient and timely in coming to inspect my sewer line but they promptly arranged for the repairs, applied for the permits with the city, and arrived on time and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. Now I know this next part will be hard to believe but they completed the repairs UNDER the bid price! I have rarely if ever had such a great experience in what could have been a potential disaster. Thank you David for everything you did to make it all happen they way you said it would. You are a man of your word and your business deserves all the praise I can send your way.

Can't recommend them highly enough. We've been using Sutherland for years. They've done everything for us from fix a leaking graywater pipe in the crawlspace, to install a new toilet and sink, to replace a leaking hose bib, to upgrade all of the turnoff valves on the sinks so we'd actually be able to use them in case of emergency. We call them every single time because they are courteous, knowledgeable, and fair with their pricing while also making sure you get the highest quality materials that won't break again in the future. I like how you can communicate with them via text before your scheduled time because they work hard to collect any necessary information IN ADVANCE of the visit, so they don't show up without the parts they need. Oh my gosh JEREMY is such a life saver! Thank god for him and another works person to help me out! I clogged my pipes and the toilets weren’t working and the bathtub and shower were starting to overflow with water! Mind you, I take responsibility for the clogging! But Jeremy was so kind and nice! And a great conversationalist as a whole! If you ever need help, Jeremy is your guy! Very appreciative of the service and hopefully won’t need the service again! No more paper towels! Hehe

This is long overdue, but recently a girlfriend and I had a disagreement over whose plumber was better (No, you need to use MY guy for your next project.) Turns out we both use Terry. The entire crew is lovely, I trust them to give a fair quote and do great work. Bonus points: my cats love them.

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

We called Pipeline Plumbing to repair the piping to a couple hose bibs which was located in our garage attic space. During a cold spell this pipe had frozen. Chris from Pipeline Plumbing came out to look at it and it might cost $1,700 to $2,000. Subsequently Chris came out and repaired it. The work performed was good. They gave me a break on the price. I would use them again.

Called Precision Plumbing about a leaking facet in our kitchen. Gary was able to come by same day. Got us fixed up within a couple hours at a reasonable price. Great experience with this company!

They arrived in a timely manner and kept me up to date as they were running bit behind schedule. Daniel was professional and courteous came in and unclogged the toilet drain and no issues.

We Remodeled a house project with them. I liked them, but they installed a water mixer on top of the hot water heater that made the tank stack and trip the shut off, so no hot water. Upon calling them, Western stated they don't repair anything related to the hot water heater and had me call a hot water heater repair company. Two months later as this had been going on the, hot water repair company finally figured out that Western had improperly installed the water mixer on top of the tank. The repair company did then fix the issue by removing the part. The repair company then charged me for the work. I told them they should be charging Western Plumbing and you would think that Western would stand behind their installation. After arguing with the owner of Western Plumbing about it he refuse to pay them, stating the county required the mixer even though they knew it would be a problem ( no one told me ) The plumbing contract was well over 35K and the charge for repair was 150.00. As a sub-contractor, business owner myself, I would think they would take care of the bill with out complaint. Not impressed and will let others know my experience,
