I can't leave more than one review, so here's an all-inclusive. From start to finish this company was great to work with. Scheduling was easy, communication was always friendly, and the work was done timely. Evan did amazing drain work; Jeff did great survey and consultation for a water heater replacement; and David K did phenomenal work with the install. All of them went the extra mile and were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done! Would easily recommend this company to friends! Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

I cannot speak highly enough about Ti and Cameron. I had a main water line and water heater that needed replacing and they came out the same day I called the office to diagnose my problem at no cost for the estimate. After explaining all the fundamentals of what needed to be done, they were back within two days and got the job done. They went above and beyond to clean up the landscaping near the job site as well. I got a great vibe from both of them and would happily refer Sutherland Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest, reliable plumber. Great job guys and thanks again.

The plumber Lowell that came to work on our Shower on a Saturday did an awesome job . Very professional , and hard working. He finished the job and it was q very difficult job , with lots of twists and turns . He remained professional through it all. Thank you !

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.
