Andre and his partner did a fabulous job. Kept us informed, explained the problem and how it could best be resolved. Very professional team and company in every way.

When you need sewer repair everything else stops. Sewer Renewal Specialist team gets my 5 STAR rating. They were prompt, effective, and tidied up so that you could hardly tell that anything had been disturbed. I could not have asked for a better experience.

But fees are too high in my opinion. And they charge just to come check something out. Even if they were the ones who did the service a couple weeks before. You get a year workmanship warranty from them. But if you have any questions or concerns. They'll charge you to come take a look. And you will only not be charged IF they found a problem that they can't say isn't from them.
I don't agree with how they deal with their business. Of course it's nice for them as a company but you feel cheated out of your money as a customer.
Also unfortunately you have to be available in a 4 hour window. You can't schedule a time any closer, but you can call like an hour before your scheduled 4 hour window and see when they will arrive approximately.

Id only recommend them if you have an emergency and there isn't any other services available. I believe they are available 24 hrs a day for emergencies. Their prices are only worth it if it is an emergency imo.

As someone who owns a business in the service industry, it is refreshing to find a company who goes above and beyond for their customers. A local plumber recommended them. They arrived same day and did an outstanding job. They even explained the septic system and how it all worked. I couldn't be happier with their services. The price was right and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a slow leak detected between shutoff valve and the meter. Not an emergency. Leaking PVC pipe was about 18 underground. Terry showed up on time, outlined the likely process. He and David took care of the problem in a few hours. Met / exceeded all hopes and expectations. On time, honest, good communicators. Highly recommended. Will be our first option for future plumbing needs.

Smitty's Sewer was recommended as a company able to deal with a potentially broken storm drain pipe. They were responsive and fitted us into their schedule both for the initial evaluation and for doing the work (turns out we needed to have a rain garden installed to avoid the broken storm drain). In December 2022 when everyone is scheduling into January Smitty's was ready to take on this relatively small job almost immediately. Mario made the whole thing seamless and our larger remodeling plans were not disrupted but greatly helped by his responsiveness. The company was on time, professional, kept the area tidy, communicated well, worked hard, and provided cost effective service. We will definitely reach out to them in the future for drain cleaning and other pipe related services. Thanks for the good work and happy year-end holidays to all!

We called Mr Rooter of Portland late on a Sat afternoon & they had a tech at our West Linn home within the hour, which was a huge relief! Jeremy was very professional, efficient, helpful & friendly. I will definitely use Mr Rooter for future plumbing issues!

We definitely called the right company:)! Steve came out the day we called, and worked diligently for several hours to clear our kitchen drain. It wasn't a normal or easy situation. The house is circa 1941, and we've only owned it 2 years, and we didn't even know the location of the sewer line, etc. But Steve just kept at it until it was all sorted out. He also cleared a slow tub drain. We'd highly recommend him, and would definitely call him first if we need this type of service in the future.

Seems as if cold weather this year took a toll on two of our outside lines and faucets. They were protected and insulated but failed to no avail. All Pro sent out a plumber the day of my call, diagnosed the leaks, and within an hour had both faucets and lines to the main system replaced. Good job and wonderful people to work with.

I wish I could give a proper review of this company, but I can't even get them to call me back to schedule a time to take a look at the issue I'm having. I've tried twice now... both times I've called I've spoken to some very nice office ladies. but where's the follow-thru? My first call was routed to the person's voicemail that does estimates, I left a message, and 3 weeks later, still no call back. Second attempt, I requested a call back through their website, which they did same day, and I explained my situation again and said I had called before and never received a call back. She apologized and said I would definitely receive a call back this week. Well, it's the end of the week and no call back.. I'm so done trying to give them my business.

Responded to my call and came out the same day I called to inquire about a plumbing issue I was having. Gave a quote and was back within a few days to do the work. Great work. Would highly recommend this company. Yuriy was very kind and courteous. He explained what needed to be done & why.

Duane was very polite and friendly. He was always communicating with me what he was doing, where and what needs to be done. I’d definitely call him again for any future plumbing services .
