Jack came out to unclog one of our outside drains. He explained exactly what he was going to do to get our drain working properly and how much the job would cost. After unclogging our drain, Jack gave several helpful tips on how to prevent future clogs. Not only was Jack professional, he was also personable. He was friendly and kind. I had a pipe break and called them at 7:30 in the morning. They responded within minutes and came to my house that same day. Diagnosed the problem quickly (broken pipe under a concrete slab) and quickly capped the old pipe and created a new line. Solved my headache in a few hours and they were affordable and professional.

I’m not sure why my experience was so different than the other reviewers. It might be because this was part of a repiping project for an entire condo complex? I own one of the condos and on the first day, I came home to my place completely torn apart to the point where it was almost unlivable. Stuff was piled on my bed and things were spilled. I am very tidy and organized so this was difficult for me. During the process there were multiple leaks that I was told were fixed, but continued to come back. Then they closed the ceilings/wall and didn’t put anything back in place. I they tried to put some sliding pantry doors back, but did it wrong and I had to fix it. It took hours to get everything back. Then a month later, I had a leak in my ceiling. I can’t speak to the cost or communication as this was handled by my property manager/HOA. But it has been a difficult and frustrating process to say the least. I’m glad they have been better for others.
