Best Water Heater Installation in Portland OR

My water heater started leaking over a weekend, naturally. Joe was incredibly responsive even though it was Sunday. I sent him pictures of the water heater and he gave me a reasonable quote right away, answered all of my questions, and showed up the next day when he said he would. He was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very pleased with his service!

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

Horrible service and office staff. Would give 0 stars if we could. Needed results of the inspection for the sale of our home. Got the run around from the office staff and was told it could take up to 5 business days to locate the inspection paperwork because it was with the billing department. Called for 2 days with no improvement and no report. We paid before the service was completed then there didn't seem to be any urgency in providing the results to us. The person performing the work did decide to discuss the results of the work with the buyer's realtor though. Also did not appear on time to perform the work and cancelled once. We never got our report. Also, they kept our credit card info on file and charged us for a service without our authorization! Please don't use this company. You may save money, but you get what you pay for in the end!

The plumber Lowell that came to work on our Shower on a Saturday did an awesome job . Very professional , and hard working. He finished the job and it was q very difficult job , with lots of twists and turns . He remained professional through it all. Thank you !

Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.
