Although he was responsive, the quote was very high and he backed out and cancelled on us (with foul language and snarky response) because we needed him to fill out an online form for our home warranty so that we could be reimbursed. Very unprofessional. Wasted our time and our tenants are still without hot water. sigh, starting over.

Overall a great experience. I was hesitant to call any plumbing company in fear of a high bill or unneeded recommendations. Olivia (camera specialist) and Corey (drain tech) came out to help clear a clog blocking up both the bathrooms at our house for a few days. I must have mostly cleared it before they arrived so they didn't charge the clog removal fee despite spending quite a bit of time checking out my issues.They were transparent about the entire process, pricing and what they found step by step. Corey pointed out some concerning spots to keep an eye on in the crawl space (rusty/calcium buildup on exterior of one pipe.) Olivia provided a full camera scope of our main sewer inside and outside of the house along with pointing out the condition of the pipes and a rough spot where the pipe walls are beginning to rust out.I asked for a quote to consider replacement before issues arise, but felt no pressure to address anything right now. Definitely felt like they did a thorough job that wasn't rushed.Seems like these folks are in it for the long haul, not a quick dollar as many in the business are. I'll be calling 3 Mountains next time I have a plumbing need or clog.

We are expanding into our basement and decided to scope our sewer line to be sure it was still in good condition as to avoid needing to rip out sewer lines in a finished basement later on. However the problem was in our front yard where we had a product that was quickly found to be an inferior product (orangeburg) years ago. It needed to be replaced ASAP.

Learning more about our options, David and his crew came highly recommended as an option. Instead of needing to rip up our front yard David was able to line our existing sewer line from the street to just inside our foundation after cleaning and de-scaling our entire underground sewer line. The cost was more affordable and far less intrusive than trenching a new line in. They could have come while we were gone for the day and would never have known the work had been done! All the members of his crew, David included, were friendly, happy to answer questions, and worked quickly and methodically. They cleaned up when they were done to the point I wouldn’t have known they were there. Our yard looks no different t as there is no trench. They are a well oiled machine.

We are happy to have avoided any plumbing issues and also happy with the end result as we are confident this job was done at a top notch professional level as by the looks of the product and its install requirements demand.

Down the road, if the rest of the sewer line under our house needs replacement, lining it is still our go to option and would certainly call Dave back.

We had an upstairs shower leak down through our floor. Customer service/scheduler was friendly and prompt. John and Cameron came out a few days after my call and repaired the problem. They were courteous and did a great job offering details. John also offered a great referral to have our ceiling patched as well, so now everything is as good as new. Though home improvements are never fun, problem ended up being far less painful that I would have guessed.

Tyrone and his assistant replaced two outside spigots quickly and professionally. Perfect job. I won't hesitate to use Proline again.

We bought a new house and discovered it had a septic tank thanks to a flooding leach field. River City Environmental did an assessment and completed the job in that budget and time. We were back to normal in no time thanks to their professional work!

Wow, these guys are a piece of work. Called them to unclog a drain, $305? a few days later water began to flood from a fresh water pipe they damaged, they came out again and did nothing and another bill for $375. I called another plumbing outfit and they fixed it for $85.00. Beware of Anytime Plumbing. I renamed their number in my phone to DO NOT USE

Second time I've had Terry out to do work. First was to replace the drain under a sink and the second was to replace a broken water main. Both times I've been very satisfied with the work as well as the price. I highly recommend TMP!

In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

Jason and the other guy who came out we're both super nice and respectful with our home. They worked quick and efficient so no time was wasted.
