We hadn't heard our sump pump go off - and when we get a lot of rain, it usually does. 3 Mts Plumbing set clear expectations about when they would come out and how much they would charge to take a look at it. They arrived on time and quickly determined that the pump was still working well. Jeff was personable and professional and assessed the pump, taking pictures and a video along the way so we could see. He even mentioned to me that the pump was still under warranty (it was installed before we moved in) and took a picture of this information - all of which was sent to me via email. All in all - a very positive experience. I'd highly recommend using 3 Mts Plumbing!

The job went fine, they showed up when they said they would, did what they said they were going to do, for the price quoted. If it was not for the fact that the sewer worked when they left you never would have known they had been here.

The transaction was so unremarkable that when they sent me a request for this review almost a year and a half after we did business I had to check my records to see what they even did. That is how little I have thought about the transaction, or the work since. When you have worked with a few bad contractors over the years so unremarkable I hardly remember them is a ringing endorsement.

This company was referred to me by our home inspector. I called in the morning and was greeted with excitement and great service. I was told it would be no problem to get a septic inspection set up, had a temporary account setup and was told to ask the owners to call in and state we had permission to schedule an inspection. I was told I’d get a call back to confirm the inspection. 4 hours after getting confirmation from my realtor that the owners had called and granted access, I called rose city back as id not received a call from them.
I was told they could no longer do the inspection as they stated to me hours before that they could. I asked why I was given conflicting information and I was hung up on. I would not recommend this company to anybody who expects any level of customer service in their transactions. They might be cheap, but if their service is anything like their customer service, you’ll want to avoid it like the plague.

We are a general contractor who has worked with Pipeline for the past 9 years on numerous projects. They have also worked on our personal home during several remodels. They are always professional, easy to work with and have great problem solving skills. The field crew are always timely and well presented. The office staff goes to great effort to make the schedule work and are true team players. It is a pleasure to have Pipeline on our projects and they take professionalism to a higher standard.

Bruner did an excellent job for us, running plumbing and installing fixtures for a full ADU remodel project we did. Everything was installed precisely and professionally. All the employees who worked on the project did great and were very courteous, professional, and clean. I don’t know how other people think this company but as for me they provide great and excellent service. I received excellent and professional service when I needed especially during this Pandemic time. My kitchen faucet was broken and I need to replace it. I bought one from Home Depot and installed it myself but as soon I turn it on, water run but like not pressure. Everything look good as far the installation. Couldn’t figure out what going on so I made many call around locals but no one available to come help me check. Until I found Deligent Plumbing on web, I ask them to come out but they were also very busy too. However I told them that I have an emergency need help so they can’t come out but willing to walk me through on phone how to troubleshoot and corrected the problems. I had my problems resolved after 10-15min later. THANK YOU Deligent!

Recently, I had a big problem with my bedroom toilet from roots. I called Burfitt Plumbing and was very fortunate how fast the technician took care of the problem. The guy ROCKED!

He was very informative, explained everything he was doing, and answered all of my questions. The price was well worth it.

Mr. Rooter came to unclog a sewer pipe on a Saturday at 11pm. The technician, Aaron, was friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable considering it was a weekend and after-hours call. I would recommend them for sure!

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

I can't say enough good tings about CCP. We had water flowing over the top of a toilet after draining a bathtub. Called CCP and Dante was here in less than an hour. They were all done just 2 hours after the flood occurred and everything is working great again. This is the third time that we have used them and had a great experience every time. Thanks CCP!

Happy’s Plumbing did over $6,000 of work at our home on two separate projects. We currently do not have a labor warranty on their work and reached out to them after 18 months to take a look at an issue with the first project where a 12’ steel vent pipe they cut was not secured properly and the ABS pipe below it was bearing the brunt of its weight, contorting the plumbing lines beneath it. See attached pictures. They told us they will not come out because they make no money fixing things for us. This is a critical issue that needs attention, and they will not take responsibility. Don’t hire them unless you want to work with a company that doesn’t believe in fixing its mistakes and blames the customer for being difficult.

They have had to return to our home before to fix a leaking main shut off valve and to correct their poorly installed water heater connection after a $4,000+ project to replace all our steel water supply lines with PEX. Even then, their ownership had issues fixing their mistakes while the work was still under warranty.

I want to warn future customers against working with Happy’s Plumbing. They are not customer friendly and have an aversion to detail and fixing issues they caused.
