I would not wish this situation on my worst enemy. That is to be in a position to desperately require your septic system to be repaired. It is the worst possible nightmare. But if you ever find yourself in that situation the people that you want to call is River City Environmental. They will get the job done right.

He was on time, professional, kept the area tidy, communicated well, worked hard, and was cost effective. The repair was done quickly and I sort of wondered why I had been so dramatic. Alex was the Technician who came to my home, he was very professional, followed safety protocols for Covid, he also respected my home by putting covering on his shoes prior too walking in my home ( very few service technician do) I would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs plumbing services.

I called Vitaliy to clear a stopped drain in my basement. He was able to come the very next day and within minutes he had everything flowing freely. Not only was he in and out in no time, but he left no trace he was ever here, except for a now perfectly working drain: none of the big messes I’ve had other plumbers leave behind. Vitaliy also advised me how to maintain the drains in the future to prevent such a stoppage from recurring. His charges seemed very fair - no crazy price gouging - and I felt like I got great value for my money. Vitaliy is also super friendly and easy to work with, and I would call him again for any of my plumbing needs: such peace of mind knowing I have Vitaliy’s number on my fridge!

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

My home warranty company called these clowns out because I wanted a second opinion. They showed up an hour early but then sat in my driveway talking on their phones for 30 minutes. I do that sometimes too, work when I show up to an appointment early - but I park down the street so I don't bug my clients. When Joel made it to the door, he rang the bell and immediately followed that with a cop-knock. I answered and told him to pick one, both weren't necessary especially as they'd been if my driveway for half an hour.

He then went to the bathroom where the sink wasn't draining. He brought in a flashlight and a hair-removal plastic tool, literally nothing else. He was in the bathroom for less than 5 minutes. He then - without a word - went back out to the van. He and his driver (don't ask me) sat in the driveway another 20 minutes, and at 11 am - the scheduled appointment time - they fired it up and drove away - still without a word.

When I called their dispatch I was told Joel felt unsafe because we had closed the screen door he left wide open (so we could leave the main door open so he could get back in without having to knock again - which he would have seen, had he gotten out of the van).

I am not paying for this service call, and as a Realtor I'll certainly not be recommending them for any work, and if they get called in on anything I'll veto them.
