They came, assessed problem and fixed it. Everything was great. The only snafu was trying to contact plumber by phone directly since the number gets rerouted to the general office phone, but other than that it was a smooth process.

I had tree roots blocking my pipes and backing up my toilet into the sink on a Sunday. Roto Rooter came out and cleared the pipe, but they suggested that the pipe was not level so it would have to be replaced rather than cleared out and lined with a resin. When I told Sewer Renewal Specialists (I wish I could remember the person's name; he was great), he encouraged me to let him come out no charge and confirm this, because he suspected it was not true. Sure enough, he found nothing wrong with the pipe, spent more time clearing it out and then shot the resin in so it wouldn't happen again. All for half of what I would have had to pay for the Roto Rooter digging up my line and putting in new pipes. I've had no problem since. Sewer Renewal even came out and extended the release pipe(?) for free when I had a retaining was put in. I can't praise them enough.

Chris did a wonderful job solving a problem in an efficient way for us. Was very pleasant to work with and professional. Will call them again in the future.

It's a shame that Terry Massey Plumbing isn't available in Terry Massey Everything Else, but at least we got the plumbing option.

So thankful for Mr. Rooter! We had a pipe break on Friday night, along with everyone else in the city! Called dozens of plumbers who were booked solid. Mr. Rooter took my info and told me they would get back to me the next day once they knew what they could offer in terms of an appointment. Heard from them the following day and they were able to send someone out within the hour. The plumber was great and it seems to be a job well done! We had a leak in our main water line. It turned into a massive job because the leak detection company had difficulty locating the leak. Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I feel strongly you can trust them to be reasonable, and deliver responsive, high quality work that they'll stand behind.
