I'll start with the fact that he owns his own business and he takes great pride in his work. He responded to our message about our leaking water heater within a couple hours! Joe shared with us all the information we needed to make a decision (no pressure or sly sales tricks) and he came out the following morning! He's honest, knowledgeable, fast, and pays attention to detail. Our house was back in working order in no time. He offered affordable prices and was pleasant to work with. He will be our go-to guy for anything water heater related and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

It's never fun to deal with an unexpected plumbing problem, but 3 Mountains was awesome from beginning to end. Our house is currently for sale, so it's important that the repairs were quick and of high quality. 3 Mountains was very accommodating to come out for an estimate (next day!) and I was able to get my repairs scheduled for a time and day that worked for me. Their 24-hour customer service line was super helpful every step of the way - from scheduling, to paperwork, to confirming the job. If you ever need any kind of plumbing resolution whether it be a minor or major problem, do not hesitate for even a minute to contact this company: Sewer Renewal Specialists out of Tigard, Oregon. I contacted them yesterday and am so grateful that I did. This company was phenomenal is diagnosing and fixing my plumbing problem which caused a flood in my basement area. As busy as plumbers traditionally are on Monday mornings, the owner of the company himself, David Hefley, after listening to the desperation in my voice mail message, came to my house and immediately began to resolve the issue. I have never seen anyone move so quickly and purposefully to find and repair the issue so that my house could once again be completely restored for use of all plumbing. David is a smart, analytical person who works at lightning speed while being able to think, converse and act effectively to get the job done. He also has a great sense of humor, something that I think is an asset for the line of work he does! I bet there will come a time that most homeowners like myself will require the help of a professional plumber to step in and get a problem fixed. You don't have to look any further and just call this company. You will be happily relieved that you did.

Can’t say enough good things. They installed our tankless water heater. They were on time, very professional and communicative. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was excellent. It is such a relief to be able to call them for a job and know I can not only afford it, but it won’t be out of my budget once they have finished. Can’t beat that anywhere!

Terry Massey plumbing just fixed a problem with my kitchen faucet. They did so quickly, efficiently, professionally, and with a friendly demeanor. I appreciate their expertise and help.

Mario provided sensible information fast, even on weekends. He rediagnosed a problem and provided a much more through and rational repair recommendaiton than the other service provider that I contacted, and Mario's price was about 24% of the other provider's bid. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

We were having water pressure issues and needed to replace our PRV. We didn’t want to use the first plumbing company we used to diagnose the problem so we contacted Gary and he came right away. We are so thankful that we found him. He was patient and thorough and an excellent communicator. We will definitely use him again and we would recommend him to our friends and neighbors without hesitation.

I have lived in my home for 21 years and have been told by more then one company that I had no clean out to my sewer drain. Well, the gentleman whom arrived to give me an estimate to repair sewer line with tree roots growing through it said he was the clean out hound. If I had one he’d find it and he did! This means, one does not need to be added. So, Mr. Rooter saved me before the project even began.I appreciate his hard work and dedication.

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

We had a back-up issue in our basement utility sink. Based on reviews, I called AAA this past Friday (10/12/18). Steve responded to my voice mail towards the end of his working day, and came over, in the early evening, the same day. He quickly assessed our problem, informed me of the problem, and went at it. What's not to like about Steve : diagnostic expertise, execution excellence, and stellar customer service. And, all at a cost that was substantially lower than I thought it would be. I would not hesitate to call upon Steve again, and recommend him to you. Plus, he brings a friendly, can and will do attitude with him. An easy 5 Star call!!
