Grew up wrestling Terry Massey’s Son at the age of 10 and ended up becoming brothers along the way, Not only is Terry Massey one of the most hard working dedicated fathers but he is an amazing teacher. Mario @ Smittys Sewer Repair replaced part of my sewer line, and then ran CIPP through the rest of the sewer line. They made sure the tree roots were gone before they continued their work. The men on the crew were efficient, friendly and professional. They cleaned up as they did the work. They were usually early each morning. Plus they advised me at each step of the way what they were doing and when they would be doing the work. I would highly recommend them.

Simply put - I had an issue with a specific type of toilet and was told this company would be familiar with this type of toilet. This was an issue that required a prompt response. I called Bruner's 4 times and I spoke to the customer service agent twice. I was told both times that I would get a call back from a technician to discuss the issue and from there set up an appointment. I never once received a call and found another service.

Just came and helped us realize the easiest of problems on the drain.

We needed to have a toilet leak repaired and ended up having him put in a new toilet. He was very nice and helpful and gave us several alternatives to fix our problem with no pressure. Vitaly did and great job and I would definitely recommend him.

I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!

Love these guys! Should have done the repipe years ago. I finally had it done after my neighbors hired them and referred me. I've been in my house a dozen years, and the water pressure/volume was always low. I couldn't use the bethtub, because the the volume was so low that the water was cold before it was 1/2 full. Shower was just a trickle. No problems now. Curious to see my next water bill, since I have so much more volume coming through now. 😉

Went through Repipe Specialists for the job, and PEX Plumbing did the work. Everyone was professional and friendly: estimator, repipe plumbers and drywall repair guy. They have a great relationship with the city inspectors, which speaks well of their work and reputation. The drywall repair was excellent; and, after painting, you can't even tell where the repairs are.

Water volume/pressure is great now. Had them add a shower to my hall bathroom and a utility tub in the garage and am very happy with both. Workers showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up when finished. Gave me the grand tour when finished and explained the new bathtub and shower valves and the new shut-off valves and winterization process for two of my outdoor hose bibs (those that, because of their location, weren't frost free.)

Mr. Rooter has quality people, Colby Leonard is the man! The call was for a repeat issue with my sink kitchen backing up. He came in assessed the situation, didn’t mind me following him around asking all sorts of questions and he explained everything very clearly. Once the problem was identified he executed quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with my experience.

I was worried when I read reviews but had no choice since they are who our Home Warranty service chose. But Zach (the first guy to come out to check out the problem) was great, professional and knowledgeable, answered all our questions clearly. And then the two guys who came out to do the installation were great as well. We were relieved and pleased.
