We had a blockage in our drain line that was causing the kitchen sink to back up. Roto-Rooter came out very quickly and was able to locate and remove the blockage that was 25ft+ down the drain.

Vitaliy came out right when he said and gave us professional advice on how to fix our outdoor faucet. He did not just rush in and fix it and charge us a bunch of money he gave us options to have him install the new faucet or tell us how to do it so it would be cheaper greatly appreciated the info.

I was worried when I read reviews but had no choice since they are who our Home Warranty service chose. But Zach (the first guy to come out to check out the problem) was great, professional and knowledgeable, answered all our questions clearly. And then the two guys who came out to do the installation were great as well. We were relieved and pleased.
