Best Water Leaking in Portland OR

Oh man! This guy was a life saver! The price was ALOT better then the multiple other places I called! He was super friendly and professional. He explained everything that was going on, very easy to talk too. He had what I thought was a crisis completed within 30 minutes! I literally could not have asked for a better plumber he was friendly professional and not annoyed by my nosey dog. Honestly I am a female in her twenties and to find someone to work on my house that is professional and explain things to me while not making me feel like I'm getting taken advantage of is a big plus to me and he really just was great about explaining everything and also the price was amazing because every other place I called was trying to tack on all of this unnecessary things and he was honest and just appreciated how nice he was.

Plumbers are hit and miss. We lucked out with Sutherland. Didn't try to upset us on new pipings or fittings that weren't necessary. Just came and solved the leak issue we were having under our kitchen sink. Definitely recommended!

We had a fairly urgent issue on a commercial job site that could have utilized a plumber. Sarkinen picked up the phone (one of only maybe 3 or 4 in the 15 or so outfits I called in about an hour's research to do so), and was able to follow up with my guy out the field very promptly. This time, they weren't able to help us out (and everything came together just fine), but their communication and professionalism means they're going to stay on the top of my list when we need to contact a plumber.

We contacted Nick at Pacific Crest Plumbing because we wanted to replace our 20-year-old water heater before it failed. Nick was really great at providing information via text about the water heater replacement and several other plumbing questions I had asked. We were impressed that he clearly took time to research my questions and provide answers, including helpful links and diagrams.

We got three bids for the water heater replacement, and the other two were very similar to Nick's. But we knew we wanted to go with Nick, even if his bid had been higher than the others. He was excellent at communicating with us, and he always did what he said he would do - in the timeframe he said he would do it. He walked us through the process every step of the way and made us feel very relaxed and secure about our decisions.

Nick was very courteous once he was at our home. He was conscious of the possibility of tracking in mud, and he told us ahead of time when he would be shutting off the gas and water supplies. He was neat and tidy with his work area. He brought all the supplies he needed with him, and he cleaned up everything before he left. We really can't think of a way that the service could have been better. We will definitely call Nick and Pacific Crest again if we have other plumbing needs!

Our toilet keeps getting clogged. The service man asked several questions and isolated the cause. He explained that we need to replace the toilet to permanently resolve the problem. I highly recommend Rescue Rooter.

JAM Plumbing re-plumbed our entire 10 unit condo complex. It was a detail oriented job given that most residents were working from home during COVID and a lot of coordination was required. The PM provided an ongoing up-to-date schedule and the team was hard working and thorough. We will be contacting JAM for all of our plumbing and contracting needs moving forward.
