Best Water Heater Leaking in Portland OR

Nothing but good things to say. The original work was done in a timely manner and done well. They came out to CCTV the line quickly and got us scheduled for a few weeks out. Work was completed on time. Communication was great. Everything was perfect. Then my neighbor had issues on our shared lateral and I called David to ask if my repair could have impacted their connection. He came right out on his anniversary (Happy Anniversary!) and checked the line, ensuring he didn't cause the damage, and even helped my neighbors diagnose where their issue was. He came right out and said these are the things that would keep me up at night, I just had to be sure it wasn't something I did. Awesome service and he truly cares about his business and customers. Not always easy to find. I'd recommend these folks to anyone looking.

I sent a message to Sutherland Plumbing and Ti came out the same day to review what was going on with my main water line. He was super friendly and explained what was going on and what he would need to do to resolve the leak on the main water line. He sent me a bid with in an hour of finishing up at my house and his team was able to get me scheduled in for the following week.

When Ti and his team came out, they did a great job replacing the water line. They completed the job in the time frame they scheduled. Once they finished they cleaned the driveway, put everything back in its proper place and showed and explained all the work they did. It was a great experience. I’m looking forward to working with Sutherland Plumbing again in the future.

Bruner plumbing will definitely get my repeat business after they fit me in within 30 minutes(!) of first contacting them. Granted my problem was small but still needed attention. The technician, Robert, was very proficient in correcting my problem and the price was very fair, all things considered!

Jeff and Corey from Roto Rotor inPortland OR were the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly.They replaced the hot water filters in both my kitchen and bathroom faucets. They both work great now.Highly recommend Jeff and Corey.This was on Friday July 28.

John from Central Air performed a tune up on our gas fireplace. He was on time, very thorough, and his work was neat and clean. Fireplace now works and looks great!

I had to book a last minute Snake the drain, from this company. Was very happy with the technician and the work done however, was a bit shocked at the price. But nonetheless the tech did a great job and was super friendly ! I will definitely use this company again. Thank you again.

Very prompt and honest. When issues arose they walked me through my options and made sure I understood. They got the job done in the time frame dispute coming across issues. They also fixed additional issues without being asked or charged (my bathroom sink was broken and now it works!) I cannot recommend them enough. I will be rehiring for all future work! Super fast arrival on short notice, professional

JAM did and whole re-piping job at our home, installed a new water line from the city main, added a new drain and the basement, and more. They did a great job, we’re right on budget, and communicated superbly throughout the process. They are a small local company that I will recommend to friends, family, and clients from here on out!
