Best Water Heater Leaking in Portland OR

David did a sewer scope for my wife and I on a home that we are purchasing. This is our first home purchase he communicated clearly what he saw and let us know about an issue. Thank you.

Sent email on a Sunday to request an appt. Got an email back from Ti that day even though they were closed. He emailed back 6 days before the appt to ask to push it a week out and offered to waive the $149 fee. (shows great respect for my time and money).

Day of: called 90 mins before appt to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if I was free sooner. Showed up, let me walk him through the issue (a clogged kitchen/laundry drain that I had augered out twice before in the last 18 months by another company). I thought we'd have to replace pipes.

Ti explained that he'd like to try to auger again, a conservative and least costly step, because he thought the previous job should have lasted longer. (I really liked that he didn't bad mouth the other company's work - I'm not a fan of that approach. He did explain what he thought may have happened.) He was easy to trust and was able to explain in layman's terms.

He was done with the work in maybe 30 mins (the other times it took an hour or more). He had good news, and felt confident pipes didn't need replacing. (Again, explained why.)

They also have an organic enzyme pipe cleaner (we have used a lot of Drano) that will help treat build up along the way. (He even used a product before he left to help cut down on the unfortunate smell that the clogged drain had created.) Highly recommend these guys for their expertise and customer service. Even if it turned into a pipe replacement, I know who to call now.

This particular location only houses storage for plumbing materials and supplies and some off street parking. Their primary focus is on Residential and Light commercial plumbing service and repair. So at this location they have no retail.

Work completed with explanation within 1 hour.

Okay, well they say that for every bad review you probably have 10 or more good one's that don't get written, or something like that. SO... I needed to write a GREAT review for Pacific Crest Plumbing. Nick, his assistant and his wife are great people. They really care about the job they are doing for their customers. They are quick with an estimate and will explain everything in detail. They guarantee their work and will give you options depending on your budget. ( I had my entire plumbing replaced with Pex, a new water heater installed and a few faucet repairs) They were on time, did a great job at a reasonable price and with a great sense of humor. To prove this, I played a nasty prank on them on April 1st and told them that my plumbing had sprung a leak. I've never had a company respond so quickly before. After calming Nick's wife down when I explained it was a joke, we all had a good laugh. Yeah, it was mean and I would probably never do that again... but Nick said that hardly anyone ever gets him on April Fools, so I hope they forgave me. But seriously, if you are looking for an honest company that stands behind their work, these are the people to call. Made the phone call for service at around 11 am. Each step to the process was smooth and easy. The Tech Jordan listened well to my questions responding professionally and easy to understand. All the work was done including clean up by 1:15pm. Definitely will recommend this company specifically Jordan the tech.

I can’t say enough nice things about Mike. He was right on time and took the time to help us get acquainted with our new house and its plumbing. We asked him a myriad of questions and, while he could have told us he needed to fix all of our issues, he instead gave us great advice as to what we could do ourselves, what could wait, and what other options we had. Mike is now the first and only plumber I will call.

Drew was great! He explained everything and made it easy to repair pipes in that area again if needed. I would recommend working with Drew.
